1. I have stayed in so many Orange Crystal hotels, and this one is the worst. The price/performance ratio is too poor for 392 yuan. It doesn't feel like Orange Crystal Hotel. The bed covers are all hairy and scum, and I am allergic to it.
2. The room has a musty smell and is not ventilated.
3. The breakfast is too bad, just like a general express hotel.

The room environment is good, but I am not satisfied with the low floor. The window is full of the fresh air system of the mall. Later, I moved to a high floor and it was OK. The facilities inside felt a bit old. The towels and sanitary equipment were not satisfactory. The bathroom was relatively small and a bit difficult to turn around. The air conditioner could not adjust the temperature by itself. It was a bit cold at night. When I woke up in the morning, the air from the air conditioner smelled like the fumes from the restaurant, which was not very comfortable.

We booked a deluxe king-size bed room. The room was very comfortable with a good view. The thickness of the headrest was moderate and I slept very well.
