主要是位置好，離夫子廟非常近，華美大廈的入口在街後邊，這應該是個商住樓。我是衝著便宜來的，總體還不錯，自備了耳塞所以睡的挺好。洗漱用品要自己備也正常，不開空調也完全不冷，床品是自己從客廳拿乾淨的自己鋪，所以乾淨。適合獨自出行窮遊的
不過裡邊有常住的，他們還聊天，我下鋪的一直打電話，老闆提醒之後改為發語音，有點煩人

設施：非常完善。空調，洗衣機，洗髮露，沐浴露……一應俱全
衞生：乾淨衞生。老闆每天都會抽時間進行打掃，床單被套都會進行清洗，之後還會整理得井井有條。
環境：非常不錯。每間房都有窗户，進去以後，給人一種特別寬敞明亮的感覺。十分透氣。晚上開窗，躺在客廳沙發上玩遊戲，特別安逸。
樓下不遠處，有公交站和地鐵站，步行幾分鐘，特別方便。夫子廟，秦淮河也很近，步行十多分鐘
服務：到位。房門口有景點介紹，想遊玩的話，一目瞭然，都不用思考糾結，方便極了

emmm四人間，房間很小，很熱，有蚊子，枕頭還有一塊武污漬。我在上鋪嘛，梯子不太敢踩，嘎吱嘎吱的，床也是，感覺並不牢固。衞生間沒有洗頭膏和沐浴露，（不知道洗頭膏和沐浴露是青旅應不應該給配上，但是我在這裏提一嘴）廁所我剛到就堵了（我去小便，沖水，水不太往下流）體驗不太好。但是國慶期間不到200一晚也勉強忍受。
不過樓下的手抓餅挺好吃的豆腐腦也不錯，量還可以味道也行，他會問你要甜的還是鹹的
