每次去南醫大江寧校區必訂這個酒店，性價比很高。主要是衞生整潔，服務也不錯。停車也方便。房間也很安靜，一點都不吵鬧。點外賣有機器人幫你送到門口。還有小度幫忙開空調，開窗簾，都非常方便。離學校也非常近。

首先，在外面住了大大小小酒店幾百次，從沒給過差評，第一次遇到這麼無語的情況。大概晚上10點半定的大床房，11點左右酒店打電話給我確認問我什麼時候到，從始至終，包括到酒店辦入住都沒有提及升級房間，房間什麼樣的情況。到酒店，前台告訴我大床房沒有了，給我免費升級了套房大床房，起初還很高興。進房間，麻將桌套床房！我帶女朋友住的！其次，不衹在貴酒店第一次住，此套房卧室還不如普通大床房房間大，請問貴酒店，給我升級了什麼？打電話給前台，前台小姐告訴我，滿房了，無法換，行政套房1700自己補差價。為什麼我能在平台上訂到普通大床房？這無法解決我就算了，忍了。更可氣的是，8340房間空調冷氣接了根管子全都在麻將機房間那邊吹，卧室的空調根本無效，卧室很熱，要靠麻將室那邊往卧這邊慢慢吹。這麼熱的天無法忍受，再次打電話給前台，前台安排了個保安來維修，保安小哥無奈告訴我面板調的正常，他也沒辦法解決，於是又一次打電話給前台，前台説打電話給經理，最後的答覆是告訴我，明天早上八點給我答覆，幫我解決。我猜應該是經理睡著了沒接電話，請問早上8點我還需要解決什麼？搞笑來的？一連串事我不知道如何評價貴酒店，貴酒店入住，難道想住自己定的房間類型都無法滿足？大熱天空調都無法享受了麼？真的無語加憤怒！衹能説與酒店前台和工作人員無關，貴酒店管理，房間轉換，房間設施建設真的有差！其他酒店都是，自己的責任自己負責，滿房也要安排好房間，至少提前告知什麼樣的房間吧。貴酒店做法好像是顧客的錯，告訴我不該定你們酒店是麼？此類事算不算欺詐消費者？算不算隱瞞顧客？

奔着酒店新開，攜程評分那麼高訂的，結果大失所望。首先，酒店汽車入口是和出口同一個，但沒有明顯標記，我繞了一圈找不到入口，後來下來問了酒店客服才知道是要從出口進。其二，門口坑坑窪窪地面都沒澆平。其三，房間內一股拖把沒洗乾淨的水腥味，向店家反映，態度很好，幫我換了一間，但估計是同一個阿姨打掃的，味道一樣，後來酒店在房間噴了空氣清新劑，於是空氣清新劑混合著水腥氣的味道，親們能理解不？其四，床上有煙味，房間衞生不太好。其五，酒店工作人員態度不錯，酒店的智能化較高。其六，酒店隔音效果不好。以上均為真實評價，有好有差，希望酒店改進。
