酒店為省成本 關閉空調、前台對顧客的解釋是 換季要清洗、那麼請問清洗需要以月計單位嗎？ 1-2天解決的事情、省成本不是這樣省的 簡直丟我們蕭山開元的臉、 判定加盟店！ 差評… 酒店高層要好好反省下。

地鐵站在左，公交站在右，交通真的太便利了（但其實離滕王閣還是蠻遠的，公交要二十幾分鍾）。房間的設施挺好，不過安防不行，電梯裏雖然看着有刷卡的設備，其實是擺設，任誰都能上樓。酒店的早餐是令人失望的，品種少，對不起開元這個品牌，還不如自己出去吃。

清明假期三天跟朋友入住選擇的酒店，雙床房住了兩晚。辦理入住的時候，思丹知道我們沒有做攻略就來了南昌，第一時間給我們附上了旅遊攻略，很贊。電梯口還有愛心指路牌，也思很棒的。設施方面，基礎的都有，滿意。衞生方面，很乾凈，滿意。環境方面，離地鐵近，打車去哪裡也很方便，滿意。服務方面，衞生巾紙用完了，電話呼叫前台，立馬給送過來，滿意。下次來南昌還會再選擇入住。

陽春伴手禮:這個很好 裏面一些東西都是用的到 酒店前台菲菲服務熱情 經理也很熱情 前台都是漂亮美女 入住挺好的 位置稍偏 出門有地鐵 打車也比較方便 酒店一次性用品牙膏牙刷用的舒服 洗浴產品也可以 住的樓層高比較安靜 對淺睡眠者友好

攜程上訂了兩間房，15:30左右就到酒店了結果被告知衹有一間可以入住，另外一間還沒打掃讓我們等，找酒店要個説法，結果被所謂的大堂經理態度很硬的丟了話説必須要等半小時打掃衞生，不願意的話愛去哪投訴就去哪投訴，呵呵，好傢伙厲害👍呀，直接懷疑酒店的4鑽從何而來？

酒店在老城區，出行方便。設施完善，乾淨整潔，床品及衞浴用品都不錯。每天都送一份牛奶，下午茶歇也不錯。前台菲菲和小劉熱情周到，入住時還主動介紹南昌的旅遊景點。5星好評！

客服小劉服務很不錯，普通標間幫忙升級了還贈送孩子的早餐。每次出門進入都熱情微笑。讓人感覺如同家門口。酒店還貼心準備了伴手禮。假期帶孩子遊玩，超大的窗台光線十足，孩子還可以寫字。欣賞窗外風景。唯一不好的是馬桶水壓太低，另外個別角落衞生還有待提升。

非常糟糕的體驗，辦理入住的時候與前台都溝通好了的，攜程承諾的可以下午三點前退房，而實際到了1.30就開始打電話催，2.30保潔又來敲門催……實在無語至極，承諾不了的服務就不要承諾，何必呢
