The place is amazing, I loved each and every minute I spent there. Though according to my standards, it’s a bit pricey, but the experience was worth every cent. German architecture is something that has made a name for itself, and this particular Steigenberger didn’t disappoint. 酒店歧視從攜程平台預訂的客户嗎？退房時才發現，酒店把最爛最小的房間給了我，真是無語，小到拉窗簾都費勁，而且房間設施維護的太差了，怎麼可以臟到這種地步，房間裏地板走起路也是咯吱咯吱的響，隔音也是巨差無比，晚上不知道哪個小孩大哭，聽的一清二楚。另外床單上的污漬是洗不掉還是根本沒有換，蓋起來感覺潮乎乎的，然後浴缸里居然還有蜘蛛！！！

很高端的酒店，陽台可以眺望九龍湖全景。前台小姐姐rose人美心善，以後還會來的。

房間還行，服務態度還好，但是服務意識很一般，感覺都沒有專業培訓就上崗的。
並且酒店是親子酒店，除了離海世界近一些（另外的兩個酒店更近），其他跟親子酒店一點不搭嘎，老公評價跟全季的感覺差不多
具體如下：
1. 到達酒店，沒有禮賓，全程靠自己看，自己問，帶着小朋友入住，也不會問一句需不需要小童洗漱用品和拖鞋。也不會主動介紹酒店的餐廳和娛樂設施等訊息。
2. 到達房間，洗手枱的高度對於小朋友很不友好，問前台有沒有小朋友洗手凳，一臉懵逼。
3. 房間電視沒有數字電視酒店了，總共不到十個台的有限電視，分辨率還奇差，感覺都不如480P的分辨率，在房間用手機給寶貝看動漫，也是醉了。並且房間馬克杯杯子裏面都滿是水滴。
4.餐廳用早餐，擺台很奇怪，吐司和麪包，中間隔了老遠；喝的東西，也是東一個，西一個的；給寶貝找個包子，找遍餐廳，結果是用蓋子蓋的嚴嚴實實的，也沒有卡片；問了麪檔小哥説可以做不辣的拌麪，回去第一趟，忘記做了，回去第二趟，把一份辣牛肉拌粉給我了，我看着不對還確認了，堅定的告訴我是不辣的；想要個咖啡勺給小朋友，服務員給個西式大湯勺；老公問有沒有豆漿，回答的卻是今天應該沒有………
5.問前台，秋水廣場的音樂噴泉的時間，是否正常運行。得到答覆是不在一個區，不知道；看到餐廳有人在用自助餐，由於在網上看到餐廳自助餐衹營業週五和週六，就去問前台小姐姐，來了句對面是團隊用餐，你如果需要可以自己去餐廳那邊問一下。
入住當天跟我老公説續住的話，可以直接到前台續住，按照同樣的價格給，第二天我去前台，直接讓我網站上面下訂單，都不確認下我是哪個房間，是否能夠原房續住？本來住一天就想換的，有小寶貝，懶得挪，就續住了，本來還有一天的，還是決定換個酒店

衞生很差，陽台的牆體裂縫發黴，很大的安全隱患，感覺隨時有倒塌的風險，以後絕不會再選擇這裏！

離融創樂園和海世界很近，前台小姐姐分配房間樓層適中，房間內配置和陽台外風景相當不錯，送來小童牙刷和拖鞋，一次性浴缸套。可以飯後健身，九龍湖散步。周圍有融創茂吃飯看電影，周真真南昌拌粉，洪都大拇指。

有外陽台，大浴缸，大浴缸對着窗户可以看到九龍湖，酒店的園林設計優美，靠近湖邊，非常安靜，遠離城市的喧囂，總體來説還是不錯的

來南昌旅遊，特別定了3晚住施柏閣酒店，主要是因為希望可以看到九龍湖噴泉表演秀，果然房間可以表演，十分開心，也感謝酒店的安排！酒店房間清潔，從前台到清潔都十分到位，讚！但有少缺點，我入住3天都沒有冷氣提供，而且房內高達28度，真影響睡眠，希望日後可改善！
