Rooms were maintained and washrooms were clean. Have booked one apartment with Two Rooms and the stay was great. But yes you shall have to drive on steep hill to check in at the hotel. But no doubt property is amazing and staff is helpful. I met Lata, Sheetal and Priyanka at front office and all these ladies were very helpful and understand the issues and resolve is without wasting time. Food is also great.

This is a nice resort I really like it everything is good here! The view is good and the food is amazing! Wow experience .mt family and me enjoy a lot ππ nainital 18 km far from resort . Happiness I found peace also ,,,ππππππππΈπΈπΈπΈπΈ

Cygneet resort mountain .. Resort have ***y facilities. Spa, PlayStation., bar, . Etc. Everything is amazingπππlovely stay with lovely staff. β€β€resort have some unique way. See you soon. Cygneet have brilliant staff with proper knowledge.

The location, food, staff and hospitality are excellent. Siya and Uzma taken care of us. The entire restaurant staff including chefs were too good. Tons of variety of foods in breakfast and dinner. Khichdi, kadhi and gatta sabzi specially made on our request. Located away from nainital city ( Jeolikote) and on high hills made scenic view. Rooms ( Family suite) were quite spacious. Highly recommended.

Greatest stay ... Cygneet resort Lovely locations. Food is taste. Staff is very helpful .overall experience great . Staff behaviours is also good .outstanding services .Bar have ***y taste . My family stay in room no 1101 the locations is good swimming pool vieew.
