Room is small and not clean for such a new hotel, the bed is tooooooo soft, can’t slp at night. Cleaners speak so loud in the morning outside on the corridor. Overall, I will not ever choose this brand anymore.

The response from the front desk at check-in was wonderful. It was very convenient as it was less than 10 minutes walk from Kanayama Station. The hotel is one street opposite from meitetsu train station (to airport) Hotel relatively much spacious than I thought of. I have three big luggages and no problem to open them in my room. Breakfast wise slightly less choice of variation compared to other hotel that I stay. No free amenities such as lotion or moisturiser. Will book again since the location is very strategic and meet my most needs.

Located in a place that takes less than ５ minutes from Nagoya Station. The location is also easy to understand. The room was large, comfortable and clean and satisfactory. The room space is a typical business. The bed was very comfortable. The water was beautiful, the bath towels were fluffy, and it was good to not smell strange. Location is a about 5-7 minutes walk from Nagoya station with nearby restaurants and convenience stores. Staff is so inconsistent - one second they’re polite and the next they’re rude and inconsiderate. I was charged 2000 upon checkout for “extra fee” but wasn’t even told what it was for. Was in a rush to catch my flight so whatever I just paid - but just be careful when staying at low budget inns like this. Laundromat in the hotel only accepts 100yen coins but they don’t even have a coin changing machine so you have to go out and buy something to get enough coins. Wont stay here again.
