Great location. It's about 25 minutes from Legoland. 4 hours without traffic from Kanagawa, Sagamihara. Paid parking is available. That is my only gripe that they do not validate parking. Not even for Hilton Honor members. 1 night of parking was 3000 yen. Breakfast was delicious. Good variety of food.

I wanted to celebrate my 2nd anniversary with her this time and found a place to stay at a hotel on the theme of ”non-daily experience in the neighborhood”. The plan is an anniversary plan. It was easy to access from Nagoya Tsurufushimi Station, and the anniversary gift was easy to leave the day before. As soon as the hotel entered, there was a nice space on the left and right sides and the eyes were fins. The premium king room I booked was a nice space with calculation and it was a perfect place for an anniversary! I was able to spend a smiley dinner all the time. The hotel staff was also kind, and we were able to respond politely by email and telephone to questions and meetings about the anniversary surprise. Especially the dinner hall was great. Thanks to you, I was able to spend smoothly until check-in 〜 out on the day! Best bed for healing music and delicious food in a nice space. I was able to meet the visual hearing, the taste, the touch and the five senses of the person! I would like to stay with her again and come to lunch and dinner with my friend. Finally Overall was great, but there are three points that I was worried about (dare to be dry). 1. Decoration options The room decoration on the anniversary was only done by each. I felt very helpful with decoration options and services like other hotels.2. Flower Gift The bouquet I asked was nice as requested, but when I handed it over, I was 々. Also, when I handed it, I was handed over a bouquet of flowers in a bag, and it was a little disappointing that I lacked the mood. I got an upgrade and went to the room on the 9th floor. The small room on the right immediately after entering is the kitchen room. It was even equipped with a microwave. When you open the door next to it, there is even a washing machine. It is a specification for long-term stays. The bath and toilet are separate. Amenity is BVLGARI in a large bathroom and large bathtub. Nothing to say anymore. The room specifications are semi-suite class. Breakfast is a semi-buffet such as salad with American breakfast and Japanese set meal choice. I chose a Japanese set meal, but it would have been great if it had freshly baked soup rolls. No, it was a cold night with snow, but it was the best hotel stay.

Tub is very dirty, and the photo has removed some big one because I cannot image these were wipeable dirty. I responded it to the hotel, and they didn’t provide any solution to recover. After the discussion, they changed other room, but wasted my a lot of time. However, changed the room, there are some dirty in the tub. I felt very surprised. Hotel staff had bad communication via English in the night. I lived three days, and the pad of control are broken in two days, but I didn’t want to argue it with them in the night, because it may waste my more time.

The hotel is located at high floors and gets an amazing view. I enjoyed the sunset once entering the room. The room and bed are spacious. I love it. There are several convenience stores under the hotel as there is a university nearby. The most important thing is the bathing salt provided by the hotel, it was the one that gave me relaxation. One thing that I want to comment is the area of the sink basin (as seen from my photo). The table around the sink basin so small that I couldn’t put many things for cleaning my face/hands etc.

Overall, it was good. Because I checked in late at night, and temporarily changed my room from a smoking room to a non-smoking room, the staff were very willing to help with the change. Well, it wasn’t that cheap, but for budget travellers like me and my husband, staying at Hotel JAL City was a relaxing way to end our trip. We specifically chose a hotel after days of staying at guesthouses and airbnbs as we travelled from Tokyo to Hakuba to Magome and finally Nagoya. We only spent a night here, and we wished it was more! From the train station, it was a 10-15-minute walk to the hotel. We were tired but Nagoya at night was beautiful, so it was fine. It was a bit far from the restaurants, although there was a nearby tax-free grocery store that we took advantage of before we left. The size of the room was decent for a couple, the double bed was big enough and comfortable, and the linens were fresh-smelling and very clean. The closet was spacious enough for all our stuff. The room was basic, and the desk and chair could only be used by one person at a time (we had to bring work, ugh). The bathroom, I loved! It had two areas: the toilet with the sink and mirror and the shower area, which included a separate bathtub. Usually the shower head is over the bathtub, but not here. I was able to use the bath soak I got from Muji earlier that day. Complementary stuff like coffee drip, tea, and shampoo were provided in the lobby for guests to grab. They even had this cool gel pad for your tired feet. On the morning of our last day, the front desk allowed us to leave our bags with them so we could go around Nagoya. Our flight was in the evening. They were also helpful when asked for directions. They tried hard to give me the exact directions despite the lack of English. This I really appreciated. Overall, our stay had been great.

I stayed in the new building for two nights on the tour. The meal and the hot spring were annexes, but there was no problem because it was close. The room was single, but it was enough. Some people wrote that there was no closet, but hangers were hanging on the wall, and coats and clothes used the next day were hung. If you secure a closet in that space, it will be narrower. It would be helpful if there was a [hand & face soap] in the room. Sometimes only shampoo and body soap are placed at other hotels. There is a large communal bath, so few people should use the bath in the room. Then, I think it would be better to have soap to wash your hands and face that everyone will use. In the large communal bath, the staff were guided and cleaned. However, what I wanted to see was that the body soap was empty. No matter how much I pushed the pump, it didn't come out, so when I lifted it, it was light. Since it is not a transparent container, you have to actually lift it or take a plug and see the contents instead of checking whether it is in it just by looking at it. It's a pity that dirt was floating in the bathtub at the hot spring. It's light brown hot water, and it doesn't seem to be a flower of hot water. The breakfast buffet is not luxurious because there are many Nagoya rice such as kushikatsu and kishimen, but I enjoyed it.

The floor also has coin operated laundry services and drink vending machines. I made the most of the public bath area and free massage chairs in the late evening and morning before check out. This is where the stay holds value. The massage chairs were great and easy to use with four pre-programmed courses which run for about 20mins. The hotel also has convenient designated smoking areas, in the lobby and on the relaxation floor, unlike some hotels with none or an area outside of the hotel. I could start my day refreshed. My short stay here was good.

It was used by 4 family members in August 2022. We stayed in two rooms with a suite and a connection door in the next room using an upgrade point as a Marriott Titanium member. I made a reservation and stayed at the parking lot because I needed a reservation in advance, but there were many coin parking nearby 々, so if you park only in the morning ～ at night, I wonder if it was cheaper. There were many one-way streets in the neighborhood. The room was very comfortable because it was new, and the bath and toilet were independent and very easy to use. The coffee machine was also Nespresso. The suite was a closet and an independent space, and it was easy to spread luggage and was saved. There weren't many types of breakfast and it was about ＋α at a business hotel, but it was delicious. It was convenient because there were Donki and convenience stores nearby, but it was also called a business area, and there were almost no restaurants on Sunday night, so I was wondering where to have dinner with my family. We were able to spend time without any particular discomfort due to the response of employees like the other 々 said. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

A very modern looking and feeling hotel on Nishiki dori…easily accessible from Nagoya station. Comfortable beds with a separate shower room(rainforest shower & hand held shower)and toilet…with the sink outside of the shower room. The breakfast buffet was very good…a great salad selection…smoothies…and impressive Japanese soup and baked fish.The pastry/bread selection was smaller than expected and the western cooked foods were nothing special. The disappointing points were: No bottled water or coffee offered in the rooms or free in the lobby…which is surprising these days. A surprising lack of hand sanitizers during these Corona times in front of the lifts on the 1st floor and then on every floor. (There are temperature check machines and hand sanitizer machines inside the hotel entrance and in the restaurant though) A disappointing lack of customer service from the hotel staff.With the exception of the lady who checked us in (Remi) and the gentleman in the restaurant for breakfast…nothing was said when either leaving or re entering the hotel on a number of occasions. It would have been nice if the staff said something (Welcome back….have a good time etc.) There are many hotels in Nagoya in a similar price range…offering a lot of things lacking mentioned above.As a result would probably be interested in trying somewhere else…unless there was an irresistible offer!

I was worried about the inconvenience of staying here after reading everyone’s reviews. Although it takes 5 minutes to drive from the nearest station, the hotel has a free shuttle bus in the morning and evening, which runs every 10 to 15 minutes (6:30 to 10:30 in the morning; 15:00～23:00 in the evening), especially convenient. I asked the waiter about the nearest 711, and it only takes 5 to 10 minutes to walk there. There is a very Japanese river on the way, and the scenery is also good. We actually found Don Quijote, drugstores, Japanese supermarkets, KFC and other restaurants in the buildings along the river. With these, I didn’t particularly need to go to the station for shopping. When checking in, the waiter told me that there would be no cleaning and that bath towels would be changed and hung on the door every day, which was completely acceptable. Free breakfast is provided every morning. The price is very conscientious and must be praised.

Location is excellent, near Fushimi station. Just come out from exit 10, turn left when you stepped out of the lift and walk straight for a few minutes. Do note the reception is located on the second floor. The carpark (on one end) and restaurant are found on the first level. It's a self check-in/out concept but there are staff to assist you, if necessary. The toiletries are placed in baskets near the lift. The room is quite big, clean and comfortable. There are USB ports where you can charge your devices. There is even a standing LG styler to dry/steam/sanitize your clothes. There are 3 options for breakfast. We only stayed for one night so we are not sure if the menu changes everyday. Overall, it's a very nice and pleasant place, will stay there if we visit Nagoya again.
