This hotel might have been one of the most spotless hotels I've stayed in in my life. The bathroom was extremely clean! No black mould spotted. There was some dust along the door but it's still cleaner by most standards. I loved that there was a mirror at the table, that can also be closed. The entrance had sufficient space for 2 large luggage. Breakfast choices are quite limited. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk away from the station's numerous exits.

Located near Nagoya station (Big camera west) just few minutes walk. The room is small (as typical size in Japan) but well organized. The hotel uses soap and shampoo from Pola brand which is quite impressive. On the lobby provides coffee, drink, and the varieties of amenities for us to pick up.

One of the best hotel in Nagoya, super close to Shigangsen. It’s not bus in the surrounding area, but quiet . Nice room view

Good location and it's only 5 mins walk to Nagoya station. There are 2 Lawson convenient stores nearby. Room is small but clean. Washroom is unexpectedly large. Self service check in/out with limited facilities but overall it offers everything in a good price. Highly recommended for a short stay in Nagoya. There's a very good BBQ Japanese restaurant nearby that you must try (last pic)!

We stayed at high floor with beautiful city view at night. Overall we are satisfied with our stay however the wifi was weak.

Very convenient location with convenience store right next door. Amenities easily accessible in hotel lobby with free coffee available. Rooms were adequate for short stay. Amazing city view from room.

I stayed 4 nights on the top floor. I really enjoyed the separate bathroom. I don’t have any suitable, but if you do, you probably will struggle opening it as the room is too small. Therefore I would not recommend it to couples either. But it’s definitely perfect for solo travelers like me.

We stayed a total of two nights, one on the way in and another towards the end of our two weeks vacation in Japan. Room was clean, although they do not have an onsen but the half size bath tub in the room was adequate. The restaurant at level 1 was adequate for breakfast.

I stayed there with my mom, and we liked the location as it was super close to the station. However, we would like to leave some comments for other guests. We booked the Superior Twin Room - High Floor - Non-Smoking, which was located on the 21st floor. I thought the room would be big, as the photos on the website suggested, but it was not. We hardly placed our big suitcase and packed our luggage. The room and the bed were so tiny that it only fit one person. I think this hotel is designed more for business purposes than for tourism. Also, we ordered the hotel breakfast and thought it would be served inside the hotel, but it turned out that the hotel gave us redemption tickets and asked us to have breakfast at the restaurant located on the ground floor, right next to the front desk and the restaurant. The food was not bad, and they provided two options, such as Japanese and Western breakfasts. We only had breakfast there for two days; for the other days, we ate outside near the hotel, where there were more options, and the price and quality were even better. Regarding check-out time, we were asked to leave the room by 10 a.m., which was too early for us. If you want to check out later, you need to pay 1,000 yen per hour. That means if you want to check out at 12 p.m., you need to pay 2,000 yen. I think the early check-out time is very inconvenient for guests, especially when breakfast at the restaurant is available until 11 a.m. It seems quite unreasonable.

The hotel's furnishings and facilities are new and clean. The location being close to the Nagoya station is also fairly convenient. There are also two Lawson stores just right close by.

Really convenient hotel if you are going to take the train. Good options of bars and restaurants near by that stay opened till very late. The room is nicely designed so even if small you get all you need. Check in super friendly and helpful. Would stay again

The hotel is very clean. Staffs are really support and English communicable. Room with a huge glass windows which can see really good view. The price is reasonable.
