不錯，服務很到位，設施多少有些陳舊，不過完全可以接受，有免費的停車服務，距離車站有一些距離，便利店很近，總的來説性價比不錯。

The room was very nice - sufficiently large and with all necessary amenities (even a small fridge). The room was clean and in good condition. The staff was very kind and stored my luggage for free, as I arrived early in the morning. The hotel is conveniently located, yet in a rather quiet place. It's a walking distance from both Nagano station and Zenkoji temple (approximately 20-25 minutes), however, do note that the nearest bus stop is about 900 meters away, so if you got a lot of luggage and do not intend to get a taxi, that may be a bit far. They also have coin operated washing machines and dryers, in case you need them. Overall, a great option for most travelers, especially in terms of value for money.

因為天氣關係要即日臨時入住，長野附近只剩這家。位置偏遠，附近沒有JR站，設施殘舊，但員工服務態度良好，短期入住尚可接受。

スタッフの方々の対応や心遣いが嬉しかったです。二人で利用したので、コンセントが少ないかったことは気になりましたが、他は特に気になりませんでした。善光寺にも近くてよかったです。

I used it for business use. The location is not very good as it is quite far from the station, but the price is kept low accordingly.

The hotel was kind. I was able to store my baggage before check-in. It was also nice to be able to drink coffee freely.

There were tea, coffee, toothbrushes, etc. in the lobby, so it was nice to grab only what I needed. There was also a microwave in the elevator hall, which was convenient.

It was very good.

What u get for the price

The minimum necessary facilities were available without any problems, there was a convenience store about a 1-minute walk away, and the staff were very helpful.I would like to use it again. I think it's too much on the user's part to ask for more at this price.

While the property is a little tired it is comfortable and the staff were very helpful. It is good value at the price. It was clean and tidy.
