Booked a ten day holiday not knowing what to expect, apart from going during the holy time of Ramadan, which did mean that most restaurants and local shops are shut as it's out of season. However, the weather was lovely in comparison to Britain (shorts and t-shirt), the outdoor swimming pool was a bit too cold but the indoor pools were lovely and warm. The all inclusive food, though limited due to the number of guests, there was still something on offer at all 3 meals to have. Sometimes the food could do with being cooked longer and kept hotter. Though the omelette and pancakes for breakfast which were cooked fresh were lovely. The entertainment team of Salah and Anis were great, easy to talk to and very engaging considering how it wasn't the main season. I can only imagine what they are like when there is lots of people. The reception staff were extremely helpful with booking taxis and any questions.

Check in was painful. Took 45 mins as the one person behind the counter kept stopping and going to help other customers with enquiries. Also, they don't have a card machine/reader to pay the local taxes. No information whatsoever was given to us advising of dining times and where the restaurant and bars were and entertainment. Like another review, only found out about the indoor pool on the last day! The hotel itself is extremely basic and run down. Threadbare carpets on the landings, taps missing in some of the toilets, half the outside was closed off including the main big pool and outside bar area (love holidays didn't advise of this). Consequently, everyone had to go around one pool and there were nowhere near enough sunbeds even at this time of year (beginning of the season). Naturally, the mad towel dash was made most mornings. A lot of the corridors stank of ammonia/sewage as well. When around the pool and trying to relax, there was a constant scraping noise as they had scaffolding up and guys scraping off last year's blistered paint on the back of the hotel and balconies. Felt like you were being spied on. Staff were mostly friendly, animation team were engaging and did not pressure you in to doing anything. Aqua aerobics was quite good fun. Evening entertainment was dire. A very slow/boring magic show (mostly for kids) or karaoke. This was all held in a basement like room with no windows, air conditioning or bar - yes, there is NO bar in the entertainment room so you have to go out in to the lobby area and get drinks from the one bar in the whole hotel. Bar staff were ok, Mongi - who was always around the outside seating area is very funny and will have a laugh with you. Drinks are extremely basic...beer is good but it's made with local water so be warned. Only 3 cocktails on offer on all inclusive. None of the drinks were nice really so stuck to sprite/cola. Bottled water available at bar from 10am only and restaurant at lunch time and evening only. At breakfast they have a water cooler to use and they don't like to hand out bottled water if you ask for it. Restaurant is ok, drinks can be hard work...you have to ask a waiter to get you some.or go to the bar yourself (there is a little one in the restaurant only manned at lunch/dinner). Coffee was absolutely disgusting... extremely bitter. Hot chocolate wasn't great either. Food was extremely repetitive. The same dishes were there more or less every day. Breakfast is the worst meal of the day. It was so hard to find something that wasn't bread or eggs. The beans are curried, the sausages/onion medley they have tasted funny and the cereal extremely bland and cardboard like. One toasting machine which was hit and miss if it was working or not. There are omelettes and pancakes made at one station, while the omelette is made to order and the pancakes are just churned out and left in a tin getting cold for people to help themselves. Lunch and dinner are pretty much the same stuff each day.

It’s a very bad hotel very bad not four star very bad for example is nothing like what they advertised the food is garbage and not made good and it’s very cheap quality. I’m very bad. The hotel rooms are very bad and you don’t even get free Wi-Fi and they don’t even come to do room service and They advertise waterslide inside the hotel. There is no waterslide anywhere and they don’t even have a private beach. It’s all a lie and the food is not good. The customer service is not good. You can’t even use an iron and they don’t even give you complimentary drinks when you come to the hotel and the customer service is very bad honestly I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s not good. It’s not good. It’s a very bad. It’s definitely not 4 like two star or one star. Very bad hotel I would not recommend you to come here. The customer service is bad. The food is bad. The rooms are bad. The Wi-Fi is bad. The whole experience is bad. It’s not even clean. It is not even good maintenance. There is no waterslide. I would not recommend this hotel, please don’t go here at the customer service is very bad very very very bad. The food is burn I’m not good. The toilets are disgusting and never clean and I would not recommend you to go here. Please don’t go here. And the indoor pool is always closed not good not good money for value. I would not recommend it.

Well where to begin, booked a bungalow which we didn't get because they were closed, got booked in eventually and headed to our room, not a great first Impression as I got my first electric shock from the card thing for the room electric. Walked into the room to be presented with a very tired looking place, the duvets on the beds have no covers on them...one had a very large stain that looked like ecrament to be honest. Then my wife went for a shower that to be honest let more water on the floor than it kept in due to the poor instalation of the shower screen. The room generally was dirty and tired. Don't expect any information regarding facilities and timing etc cos you won't have any. We only found out that the hotel had an indoor pool on the day before we came home. Don't expect complimentary anything either on arrival or in ya room. Love holidays need to correct room facilities and not just cut and paste. How I can have a private beach outside my room 3 floors up is unbelievable. The beach is nice but limited drinks available. The water park is closed and derelict. The hotel was sold to us by pictures which was most certainly not what we got. The staff are attentive but very selective as to their interaction with English people. The electric key issue continued after reporting in so I reported it again to a receptionist that had absolutely no enthusiasm and was just looking through me as I informed her. The response was oh ok. So if you want to get zapped everytime you use ya room then this is the place for you! Food is as we expected to be honest, didn't go hungry but some seriously weird and wonderful. Further to this DO NOT GO TO THE SHOP OUTSIDE THE HOTEL TO THE LEFT. He hassles you and robs you as he tells you something was one price and stings you for 257.25 pounds for stuff that should have been 25 pounds and you didn't want and you won t know till you manage to get an Internet signal from the bank. This experience ruined the holiday for us as we couldn't go on trips etc as we had our budget destroyed I also wouldn't book trips through the guys at the hotel as people informed us that they were charging 800 dinar for a 60 dinar trip(this is only what we were told) However to finish on a positive the people we met here we awesome and made a dire holiday more bearable

Saw mixed reviews about this hotel. When we got our first room floor 2 we weren’t happy as there was a creepy crawly and few dead bugs. Ilyes was reluctant to change our room saying they are full. We eventually got a room change after objecting however still wasn’t great as we could hear next door snoring and any little movement through a door between our rooms. We got given a better room on 5th floor which was a massive improvement and staff on days were really taking our concerns into consideration. I have to say particularly Nawel has been so helpful caring compassionate and lovely towards us making our experience at this hotel. She was always welcoming and greeted us with a warm smile whenever we were passing. Also when we asked for the iron other staff members basically Palmed us off saying they don’t have whereas Nawel went out of her way to find it for us. Food was lovely everytime we ate there and they have a great desert selection. Liked the hotel overall in terms of layout/ decor. Would come back here again but definitely request a room on the upper floors
