"The hotel staff are generally helpful. Hotel is accessible to train station, bus interchange, eateries, local market, and malls. There is also a lovely neighborhood park with a lake nestled in Kichijoji. Our family enjoyed exploring the small shophouses lined along small streets in the vicinity. Was surprised to stumble upon several thrift shops and 2nd hand electronic store. Overall room is generally clean but our bathroom had a strong stench of urine hence, giving 4* rating for cleanliness. Location is good is 5*. One of the reasons I chose this hotel is because the pickup point for the express limousine bus to Haneda airport is just a stone throw from hotel."

"Nice, clean and comfortable stay. Hotel room is very spacious for 3 pax and bunk bed is fun for kids. Very pleasant stay and easy access to jr Kichijoji station. It has a simple gym too."

"The service desk is on the second floor of the hotel, and the first floor is the parking lot. The service staff of the hotel are very kind, and the toiletries are also very complete. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from Mitaka Station,  There are many shops on the other side of Mitaka Station, so you can go shopping when you have time."

"1. How should I put it? The house is old and still being renovated. There is no front desk. When I met a few guys (probably staff members) who were working on the house, they didn’t know English at all, so communication was very difficult. 2. This location is far from the subway, a fifteen-minute walk. It is next to the track, which is very noisy. The location is remote and there are many mosquitoes. 3. There is no charge for a washing machine in the house. There is no dryer. I was told that there was one nearby when I walked out, but I couldn’t find it. 4. The sound insulation is very poor. You have to go to Shinjuku to go to any subway station. It is not recommended to stay here if you are traveling. The transportation cost and time are really not recommended. 5. How can I put it this way? If you want to experience suburban life, you have enough time. It’s okay to wander around. You can cook and there are many small shops and convenience stores to eat. It’s not as convenient as a hotel when traveling."
