I stayed at JR-East Hotel Mets Musashisakai in November 2023, and my experience was very pleasant.
Breakfast was convenient and tasty, and I especially enjoyed the hot ramen simple, comforting, and surprisingly memorable.
want to express my sincere appreciation to the staff member who assisted me during check-in. She was warm, friendly, and highly professional, and she made my first impression of the hotel truly wonderful.
The room was compact but very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The soundproofing was excellent, and I didn’t experience any noise issues at all.
The location is perfect the station is literally just a few seconds away, and this made traveling around Tokyo incredibly easy.
I have one small suggestion: the pillow was a bit small and slightly firm for my preference. A larger or softer pillow option in the future would make the stay even more perfect. However, this is only a personal preference and did not affect my stay in anyway.
Another small personal observation I noticed a slight smell of cigarette smoke near the hotel entrance and inside the elevator. I tend to be sensitive to scents, so I picked it up. If ventilation or deodorising can be improved in those areas, I believe it would enhance the overall experience even more.
Again, this did not affect my stay at all. Overall, I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely consider staying again on my next visit to Tokyo.
