This hotel is excellent! The location is superb, the rooms are spotless, and the surrounding area has a fantastic vibe with plenty of shopping and attractions. Although they initially gave me a small room when I booked a medium one, they apologized and switched my room the next morning, even compensating me with a meal. While the hotel itself is small, there are tons of restaurants nearby, offering a wide variety of cuisines. I'd definitely want to stay here again!

Hotel is about 10 mins walk from the Kichijoji train station, there is. family mart convenience store just 30 seconds from the hotel definitely will go back there for my stay in future

Nice, clean and comfortable stay. Hotel room is very spacious for 3 pax and bunk bed is fun for kids. Very pleasant stay and easy access to jr Kichijoji station. It has a simple gym too.

Room was very spacious. Excellent location 10 minute walk to train. Lovely hotel, clean. Breakfast was good and staff were very kind. Rooms were nice and quiet for sleeping.

The hotel is just okay, but then again, there aren't many options in Kichijoji. The facilities are a bit old, and you absolutely have to check in at 2 PM. I don't mind paying for an early check-in, but only being told about it close to 2 PM felt a bit like they were taking advantage of us.

The hotel location is amazing, just outside a brilliant little city centre with all the food, drinks and basics you need. The room was super clean, staff were very helpful and the food was good. The major point of this hotel is it’s location and price, so much cheaper then central areas link shinjuku but so easy to get around. We traveled all over and this was a great base to get away from all the noise

This hotel is very clean. The premium room and toilet is spacious for japanese standard. The staffs are very polite and helpful. Highly recommended.
