Extremely rude staff in particular the owner/***ager Salim Kapadia who tried to fleece money because the booking was done online and not directly with the hotel. There are beggars standing outside the hotel lobby and the rooms are dirty with extremely small toilets. We booked it because of its prime location but it was a bad bad decision.
