Adiva Residency Beacon, Grant Road, Mumbai

We are in this hotel as I write, room 1207. Having spent the last 2 weeks travelling around India it is a great pleasure to end up at this hotel. We are so grateful for the almost instant and abundant hot water in the impressive shower and the working and easily controlled AC in the room. The room is lovely with a very comfortable bed and the cleaning staff are excellent. Only 1 of our party tried the breakfast (420 rupees - not included in our nightly rate) . She said it was ok but probably a little overpriced in Indian terms. The reception staff are very helpful, printing our our boarding passes for flight home. The area around the hotel is a little down at heel, but there are several supermarkets, ATMs and places to eat nearby. There are always plenty of taxis around as the property is next to a petrol station. Enjoying our stay here.

Hotel health is good, rooms are good, breakfast is traditional Indian food. The restaurant specializes in singing. The dumplings we ordered in the winter solstice were actually fried radish balls with soup. Going to live there was a wedding just outside the window that night until one o'clock in the evening. Not soundproof. Check-in must know the website from which they booked, otherwise they cannot find the information, even if they provide the voucher.

The outside of Indian hotels are almost the same, dirty and messy. This hotel should have been opened by Arabs. The interior is pretty good. It has recently been renovated. The decoration is exquisite. The materials are relatively high-end, the rooms are not big, the sanitation is good, there is no peculiar smell, the breakfast is good, the restaurant offers Chinese food, and the price is not expensive. Staying at this price is very cost-effective, more cost-effective than ibis. The only dissatisfaction is that the street outside is noisy. If you like quiet, you should consider it.

We visited this hotel for some work at a nearby hospital during June, July and August. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel which was accompanied by warm and welcoming hotel staff. The owner himself, Mr. Deepak is very cordial and accommodated all our requests at a blink. We highly recommend this hotel to all those who are traveling to Mumbai anytime soon. 👍🏻

The hotel was a bit in unhygienic area. The rooms were clean, but were bit small as seen in the photos. Overall it was an okay experience.
