Hotel Fortune

The bed was hard, and the pillows were like concrete. There was visible mold in multiple locations throughout the bathroom. There were other signs of visible dirt and unclean bedding throughout the entire room. There were various insects of multiple kinds observed in the room: roaches, flies, worms, and more. The bathroom sink was also really tiny, making it hard to use. The hot water was good though, and the hotel provides free bottled water.

The first room showed to us was full of flies , requested to be moved to another room was told no rooms available spoke to the ***ager was told would take about half an hour we’re in a hurry so left it to the ***ager came back from the match at about midnight went to the room no where to hang the clothes or towel was no windows in the room , won’t be recommending to friends or family.

Worst Service from Front of house ***ager. Not budget friendly, rooms smelly , damp room , Towel , pillow smells like wet damp . I would not recommend this hotel for any one . Toilets flush didnt work. WI-Fi useless Didnt recieve a Bill when check out .

Great location really pleasant and clean rooms,But the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff .all of the people are incredible and helpful .special thanks to Babali and Shubhangi for helping me.All the best .

We stay in fortune select exotica for our cricket matches. It was great experience for us with the restaurant team. I like to mentioned Shubhangi, Babali, ****al and Mr. sudhir. They made my restaurant experience realy good . Thank you and all the best guy’s.

This hotel was booked via another popular site and listed as non refundable. We paid for 2 deluxe rooms, 5 nights. We checked in at 7:30 pm and checked out at 9:30 pm inclusive of leaving the room after check-in to get dinner and arrange a stay elsewhere. Whilst the location is good the rooms were very small, musty, the sheets & towels stained, and the hotel itself seemed poorly maintained. It felt unsafe being a visitor to a new country. Understandably it's a 3 star rating however we checked in at another 3 star hotel in close proximity where the price was marginally the same. The rooms felt like 5 star in comparison to Hotel Fortune and the stay was thoroughly enjoyed there. We note the booking was non refundable however we asked the person that checked us in for a refund as we were not staying due to the room conditions and he impressed the same. It certainly didn't appear to be booked out however lesson learnt, do not book non refundable rooms as pictures and reviews can be mis-leading. If you choose to stay here, do so at your own risk. Definitely not recommended and this should be rated as poor for future travellers.

It’s good property at reasonable rate in mumbai I have stayed here for two nights all was good neat. And clean property all the things are nearby the hotel restaurant metro cinema and main parking is available at the property that’s the main point too have a parking in mumbai all was excellent will visit next time again
