The hotel concierge staff was very helpful and friendly. My colleagues and I stayed for three nights in one of their suites, and the room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Over 50% of the breakfast spread consisted of Indian cuisine, but overall, it was still enjoyable. Ultimately, it was the excellent customer service that left a lasting impression on us.

Great breakfast.
Had a bit of a discussion the day I arrived. Was put in a lower rated room due to not having any non-smoking rooms available. Feedback was "sorry full", no solution or offer.
For the rest the hotel was good. Staff was very friendly except check-in lady who forced a lower room.

Was a very pleasant stay. The bell boys were exceptionally helpful - I would highly recommend tourist to stay here

體驗感很差，性價比太低，關鍵是還臟！！我臨近發展評分4.8的泰姬陵酒店比他家便宜很多，而且比他家好，但是他家退不了了，沒辦法，他家的環境，最多值一晚上400塊！
