The service of the hotel staff is still very enthusiastic. There is free airport drop-off service. The staff waits for guests in the lobby on time and takes the initiative to help with luggage. The hotel is very close to the airport. It takes 3 minutes to drive to the departure hall of the airport. There is a shopping mall downstairs, so it is convenient to live and eat. Although the decoration of the hotel is average, it is hygienic and clean, and it is very suitable for passengers who take morning flights.

I have a terrible experience as able to check in 8 A.M. in next morning because, late night flight arrival at Brunei airport by mid night while check in time is available untill 10 P.M. I can't reach hotel staff via email or phone a few days in advance. But, hotel agent named Trip.com trying best help me a whole night. I am so exausted after travelling but also nice to receive a support from agent. I am able to check in room eventually in early morning on staff work hour in order to deeply sleep. Room is not bad with comfly bed unless a cold air con.

The room was very good and very close to the airport, only about three kilometers. The price/performance ratio should be said to be very high. The only drawback is that the introduction says there is a free shuttle bus to the airport, but in fact there is not. You have to call a taxi yourself, so this is quite troublesome.
