DuSai Resort & Spa

14th & 15th June 2023, 6 Family 22 guest stayed in this Resort. In a word it was our home. A real 5 star resort. Mr. Nazim 01617005506 an excellent person who looked after all of our issues. We are very grateful with his services. My room no was 1305. I have paid 19000/- BDT for two night with breakfast with my 12+ kids. Other meals you have to eat from resort dinning becoz there are no near by restaurants within 15 min drive. In resort all food items two=one. If you order a rice easily can have two. Minimums food price 600/- BDT. EXAMPLE A BURGER 1000/-BDT.

Its a bit overpriced and service is good but I have seen better in this price range. Its beautiful structurally and ambiance wise. Food was good but limited options in the buffet which could be better. Some activities were there to engage the tourist. Pool was nice.

I availed special Ramadan offer.Food was good.Environment was excellent .Surrounded by tea garden.Room was nice & clean.Staffs were very much helpful.Infinity edged swimming pool with jacuzzi were fantastic .Want to visit again .

Pleasant Stay at Dusai Resort. Villa was perfectly situated in depth of Natural beauty with bathtub outside the room. Breakfast has good variation. Full Board package has poor options at launch but the Food Manager cooperate us for Ala Carte options which was delicious.

My wife booked the trip and the initial entrance to the hotel is a big wow, like that of Indonesian resorts that I have experienced, with an open reception and dark wood finishings and the sound of water. We had no complaints with the accommodation which was a 1st floor cottage with balcony The resort is not that large to walk around and from one end to another at a light pace will take 15th a maximum There’s a good swimming lol with several layers including jacuzzi. We had half board and we’re able to switch from lunch and dinner with our breakfast all options were nice There seems to be three rival resorts in the resort, For a couple I would say no 1 for children i would say no 2

me and my wife stayed 3 nights. The resort environment is good. but the buffet food we feel really poor. There is some which we observed no has taken. Also continental menu has less options. We advise add some more food in buffet menu and continental menu. One more thing we have say is we have taken spa oil massage. Spa is taken for relaxation but those spa girls is not professional and not even trained we feel. Maybe, they from Thailand but don't know how to do the massage. Me and my wife stop messaging in middle of the time, they don't understand the English even. Pls reset your spa employees. But the room service, house keeping and environment is good.

We decided to book this to get away from family. It was a lovely resort but we repeatedly told them it was our anniversary but they failed to acknowledge this until my wife raised it with them. After several managers they decided to give us an anniversary cake and lunch. Wife had a massage by a Thai lady which she enjoyed. The food was very good and the general staff were lovely.

We stayed at a Villa Deluxe King for two nights and absolutely loved our stay! The resort has a very rustic vibe and you're surrounded by nature. Every single staff member was excellent and very helpful. We felt like were in a top notch resort in Bali while we there. Definitely our favorite resort experience in Bangladesh. We will definitely be back.

A jungle haven hidden in the hills of northeastern Bangladesh. The property is lush and green, the staff is helpful and courteous, the food is delicious and varied. Our children spent hours in the pool each day. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a respite from urban life.
