Loved the central location walkable, staff topnotch. Be advised no parking available, parking is very expensive.

Location is great. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We were disappointed in some ways. We stayed here in the past and this time our room was much smaller. The room had a skylight making the room very bright and hard to sleep. The room only had a tiny window in the corner so there was hardly a view. Lastly, we stayed there because we had a great breakfast experience in past. This time, it was disappointing to say the least.

The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. Dust, visible dirt and a smell akin to sewage coming straight out of the toilet. There were even bloodstains on the bedsheets. Then we heard everything from outside and inside of the building. Whether it was people partying outside or simply people walking on the floor inside the building. We could hear everything, really everything. That being said, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The only issue is that second floor rooms are loud at night due to the bar below the hotel making it hard to sleep. Otherwise, it was a decent stay!

Room was 26 degrees with the heat off and ac on. Very uncomfortable. Also, the floor in the room was aimed black and had 2 steps
up to the bathroom. Almost impossible to see the steps in dim light.
Room cleaning only every 3 days was not what I expect for this level of hotel.

Not a good experience with the man at the front desk. The bed was too soft for our taste. We could hear the person walking in the room beside ours like if he was in our room.

Liked the location, pleasant and obliging front desk staff, water available every day, continental breakfast included in the price.Comfortable bed, extra blanket and pillow provided, blackout drapes, thermostat worked well.
Quality of the continental breakfast could be improved, but quantity was plentiful. Lovely breakfast nook.
The policy of requesting maid service the day before needed did not work well for us.
