We have 3 dinners in hotel during birthday. However, no greeting or gesture from any of the hotel restaurant. It is really a very poor experience. I celebrate a lot of birthday at Ritz Carlton and Peninsula hotels, they provided good greeting. This time the experience is very disappointed. also the hotel point system is cheating . you earn no point even your spending in hotel without booking via web in advance!

This was our second time at Gajeon and we believe she is always our first choice hotel when we travel to Tokyo.
My family enjoyed the breakfasts. Hama steak house is fantastic too.
We had an opportunity to visit the museum for the first time and it was an amazing experience.
