My experiences with Premiere Class have grown through. Breakfast was mostly quite unappetited. Why I then overnight here at all. Simple: the price is a bit. The hotel is almost new and already quite skillful. There is an elevator and a large parking space. You can also sit outside. Whoever loves steaks has a rich selection of restaurants (photo). The hotel is not at A7 and also remote. I wasn't so satisfied with the staff. I was bound to double the tax.

We booked an “intermediate” room that was supposed to have a city or garden view. In the end, a very dark room with no view (window opening onto an exterior staircase). Outdated decoration. We feel that the room has lived through life and that it deserves a good renovation. Parquet flooring in the entrance and bathroom. Water pressure problem. No kettle, coffee, tea available. Really disappointed… For the rest, the staff is good, the garden is very nice even if we are on the edge of Nationale 7. The breakfast taken in the garden is great. Ditto for dinner at the “45ème” brasserie

Having booked an early room (the 24/02/22) in your hotel First Class Valence SUD from 17/06/22 to 18/06/22, when we arrive the host, the responsible warns us on a little friendly tone that, in contrast, air conditioning is in panic today when he is if it was between 37 and 38°c outside ... We went to the room (1st floor), and because of the heat the air was inadequate, impossible to sleep in these conditions ... We decided to leave the places looking for a Air conditioned hotel, and by bringing the key to the host, the manager had overlooked and it was a young employee who noticed our dissatisfaction, without any excuse ... When reading Google's comments on your hotel, We learned that air conditioning was in trouble for 3 days!!!! Since the canicule of this period was announced several days before, it would have been wise to warn clients who have booked upwards rather than put us before the fact that the day did not have any possibility for us d cancel ...

A net hotel with clean rooms. I had asked for a quiet room and received. Hotel is close to historical center. But that is close on Sunday and you must look carefully at the “safe” route (tips reception). Parking place is crack. There is little to do in the hotel. For example, you can not buy a drink (no license). Breakfast is simple. In short, good hotel for a quick interruption.

After booking, I had suffered a double payment at arrival ... And I didn't see it, but fortunately the error was detected by the hotel, thank the local team for this smooth management. The restaurant associated with the hotel is super, you will find nothing in the city with better quality/price ratio, and then mostly open when most were closed ... It was the secure parking that had seduced me. I was not disappointed!

Location in the middle of a well-secured holiday camp by electric portal. A good experience of holiday colony;) a lot of young and young ambience. We stayed there for a weekend and really enjoyed it. The room was large with a good breakfast. We also had supper at the restaurant the day we arrived with a large group of people (21). They asked us to pre-order ahead of time in order to make sure that everyone could get what they wanted. The food served was really good and they have a very extensive wine list. We all really enjoyed our dinner and wines. The pricing though is on the very expensive side for the area both for food and wine. The hotel manager replied to me that the restaurant works only with fresh products and that's why it was on the expensive side. I just had a look at the menu now and it seems that the ” a la carte” prices have gone down a bit since our stay. I remember paying more than 40 euros for a Beef Filet rossini and now a regular beef filet is 26 euros. Well we didn't mind paying because the meal was great and a very good wine selection to go with it. Many thanks for the great evening

Excellent accueil très professionnel et agréable. Chambre très propre et confortable. Dîner tout à fait correct pour le prix et un excellent buffet de desserts régulièrement réapprovisionné. Merci à Bernadette d’avoir pris le temps, malgré une salle bien remplie, de venir gentiment discuter avec nous. Petit déjeuner tout à fait correct. Comme il ne restait plus de thé non parfumé, Bernadette est allée se procurer du thé vert nature et du thé bio afin que je puisse avoir un thé à mon goût et ceci rapidement. Vraiment, comme dit la chanson : Bernadette, elle est très chouette! Ce Campanile est doté d’une belle équipe de gens sympathiques. Signé : Madame Blanc
