The main difference lies in the facilities. 1) When I first entered the room, I found that it was extremely close to the conference room opposite. Everything written on the whiteboard by more than a dozen people in the conference room could be clearly seen, and there was no privacy at all; 2) I don’t know why I’ve always been assigned wheelchair-friendly rooms. It’s good that the hotel has such facilities, but everything in the room is very short for people of normal height, and the door is too big to open and close. 3) There was no complementary water in the room. I asked for it to be delivered but it was delivered once. The next day I found that there was no front desk and refused to provide it. The reason was that no matter how many days I stayed, complementary water was provided once. Although I don’t understand this logic, the point is not two. Bottle of water but poor explanation by the service staff;

The hotel's free internet is so bad that even using your own mobile data is very slow, and the signal is not working when you call out! The room is not soundproofed, and you can hear the loud voices of the neighbors. These are nothing. The most terrible thing is that I was still sleeping in the room at 10:30 in the morning, and there was a do not disturb sign on the door. The room attendant still used the card to open the door. Fortunately, the anti-theft chain inside was pulled. It was really scary! She seemed to knock on the door before opening it. I shouted that there was someone inside, but she still opened the door, and found that the anti-theft chain was locked and there was someone inside. She closed the door without saying sorry... It was really scary 😱 What's more ** is that when we went to check out, the front desk guy saw us and didn't put down his mobile phone that was playing games. He also asked us to wait by the side. It was really **. My son and I stood there waiting for him to finish that game, about 2-3 minutes! This is really the first time I have seen it. Although it is just an ordinary hotel, we stayed there for one night because our child went to Montreal to take an exam, but the various ** services are really speechless😓...! After all, it is also owned by Marriott, how can there be such services...
