There was a bedbug in our bed I would like our money back please

Very nice hotel but the breakfast could of been better no turkey sausage no regular sausage no bacon only smoked sausage. Also they had potatoes I think maybe something as in biscuit and gravy would of been nice also . Not a very good selection.

The facilities are very new.

We are driving down the I75 south and at around 4:30pm we are looking for a hotel to spend the night, we are members of the Marriott Points program, so we saw The Fairfield Inn in Middletown Ohio and asked for their rates which the very friendly receptionist gave us a great price with an upgraded room. The rate includes breakfast which was good, had a good selection of options, on check in we got a goody bag each with snacks and bottled water. The coffee in the reception area was probably the best I have had in a hotel lobby and it’s available 24 hours as well as hot chocolate etc. There are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby so you can get food to eat easily. We are glad that we stumbled across this hotel, the staff including the breakfast lady are terrific ambassadors for Marriott Hotels, Middletown and the state of Ohio.
