The hotel quite near to Hakata station around 7 mins walking distance. The hotel receptionist are very helpful and help us to call for taxi booking in the early morning and appreciate it a lot. The hotel room are very small and don’t have much expectation but they got everything in the room and it is clean.

The location of this hotel was very convenient although the hotel was bit old. Yet the checkin staff was not polite that made me feel not welcoming. Besides, staff wasn’t attentive (he even charged me extra tax when I checked in. Yet he refunded it to me later. Why not check properly in the first place tho ?). There are many choices in that area. I will not come back to this hotel anymore.

Very well positioned hotel with the right amenities and price point. Location still not too bad with 7mins walk to Hakata Station. It was a last minute booking at 11pm for us and we got a free upgrade too.

I stayed here with a friend for a concert.
Gion is closer than Hakata Station, so it took a while to walk from Hakata, but there were convenience stores nearby, which was helpful.
The hotel was very clean and great for the price!

The rooms are all of average quality, and the hotel staff are attentive and helped me call Taxi to deliver it to the door. The best thing is that there are bath packs (powder) that can be picked up in the lobby. I stayed for four days and three nights with breakfast included. The breakfast on the second day was completely... only meal A or B! It’s time to go out for breakfast on the third day. I hope the Shadian restaurant will improve!
