這間酒店在巴士站旁邊非常方便自由行旅客。
前台推介行過一街口超市旁邊是大浴場，是好浴場。向下走是飲食街。
晚餐都是在酒店食，都不錯。早餐基本食物尚可。
前台服務好。

離JR站非常近，出遊方便，但不是豪華酒店，匹配不了標註的四星，酒店房間不算寬敞，但日本房間都很乾凈。

愛を持って厳しいことを書きます。
客室及び客室対応は至って普通。可もなく不可もなく普通のビジネスホテルです。
酷いのは朝食ビュッフェです。
8時半にレストランに入りました。閉店まで1時間ある段階です。
この時点で料理はほとんど無く、補充メンテナンスが全く間に合っていない状態です。
なぜこのような状態に陥ってるのかを考察しました。
ホールスタッフは2名、キッチンは不知ですが恐らくホールスタッフが兼務しているのではと思われます。
補充される料理はビュッフェにも関わらずそれぞれ数個ずつと目を疑う状態でした。これは料理を補充しても余ったら（経費が）もったいないとの思想から来るものだと思います。
しかし数個補充しても一瞬でなくなるため、キッチン、ホール共に再度補充のために調理と配膳に手を取られます。
そうこうしている内にホールのテーブルもメンテナンスが必要になりますが、料理のメンテに人が取られている。
テーブルメンテをすると料理のメンテに人がいないという状況になります。
そもそもビュッフェとして食事代を徴収しているにも関わらず料理を出さないのは不誠実極まらず、セコいの一言に尽きます。
そしてそのセコさがスタッフ不足を招き、サービスの低下を招いています。
貧乏が貧乏を呼ぶサイクルですね。
ビュッフェは余るほど出してお客をアクティビティとして楽しませることも存在意義の一つにあります。
ただ今回のビュッフェはホテル本位でお客が料理を取っていくから人件費がかからない、料理も少しずつ出せばロスを減らせる、どうせ観光リピーターは少ないからクレームになってもいいだろう、というのが透けて見えますし、そういう意図じゃないにしてもコチラはそのようにしか捉えれません。ビュッフェをやっておいてよもやSDGsとは言うまい。
私はこの状況であれば二度と使いません。
そして二度と紋別には宿泊しません。
数多くない紋別のホテルでこの行いは紋別の観光を壊す自己中心的行為だと思います。

高速バスで夜遅く紋別ターミナルに到着し、利用しました。
バスターミナル至近なのは良いですね。
翌日のガリンコ号乗船にも便利でした。
ちょっと気がかりだったのは、２月なのに自販機の飲み物がコールドばかりだったことですね…

今回は宿泊だけの利用でしたが、部屋の広さ、バスルームの広さは十分でした。
また、部屋が海側でしたので見晴らしも良く、よかった。
