I needed a last minute place to stay when I figured out my father wasn't arriving to Sao Paulo the day after I was. We were staying at a hotel in downtown, but I didn't know the geography of the city when I booked this very last minute hotel stay (Literally in the airport). Hotel Aruja is the opposite direction from the place my father and I stayed, but I loved it because it's a part of Sao Paulo I probably would have never seen otherwise. Good food options, friendly people at the hotel and neighborhood, and it's very walkable. Perfect last minute place to spend the night.

I liked the service that the staff gave if I needed help. I paid half of what I would have paid for a lesser quality hotel and I was appreciated. I also liked how safe it was there. I wasn't worried about my stuff getting stolen.

The property has decent security so you have no need to worry about your stuff getting stolen. What I don't like is that breakfast is not included with your stay.

This is a very good place to stay. It is safe and they serve a good Brazilian breakfast. Note that even though their website says they speak English it isn't the greatest. They will use their phones and use Google translate to work with you. They are happy that you are staying with them and they will work with you. A thing to remember about Brazilian culture is that toilet paper does not go in the toilet. It goes in the trash can. Don't worry about throwing it in the trash, the hotel staff will empty the trash when they clean your room. Overall I loved my stay at Hotel Aruja. If I ever go back to São Paulo I will use them again.

Alguns pontos deixam a desejar, o atendimento é ótimo, o cheiro de esgoto chega ser insuportável, ar condicionado as vezes começa a pingar na cabeça das pessoas ou no travesseiro/cama. Alguns pontos poderiam melhorar na questão desse mal cheiro e também da questão do

Bom quarto, novo. Atendimento simpático e prestativo.
Pontos de melhoria: tinha formigas de esgoto na pia do banheiro. O café da manhã é ruim, o equipamento não conserva a temperatura da água quente/leite, o pão é horrível e, 09 da manhã, não repuseram os ovos mexidos.
Algo que não sei se é possível resolver: ficamos no quarto 404 e o barulho da rodovia parece estar dentro do quarto. A taxa pet também é carésima, R$ 80 por diária.

Atendimento deixa a desejar, tive que repetir meus dados mais de uma vez, pois o sistema caiu, o aquecimento do chuveiro e torneira foram muito demorados, café da manhã muito fraco com pouquíssimas opções. Não recomendo.

Bem localizado, o Senhor do estacionamento muito atencioso e cordial, juntamente com recepcionistas e a menina do restaurante! Jantamos aqui, comida muito boa, preço um pouco salgado! Quartos reformados, porém pontos que merecem atenção! Limpeza do quarto, percebe-se que há tempos não se passa um pano limpo, pôde-se verificar nos cantos ou andando descalço pelo quarto! Cheguei e me deparei logo de cara com uma barata por baixo da escrivaninha! Aparentemente é só aquela passada de vassoura por cima e pronto! Tolhas pequenas demais e pela manhã o chuveiro ficou de morno para frio! Café da manhã é simples mas muito bom para quem está viajando à trabalho! Creio que são poucos pontos para se obter uma avaliação melhor!
