When I checked in, I got a room on the ground floor due to other rooms not available. I encountered a dead baby frog on the bathroom floor next to the toilet & immediately notified the agent that checked me in. She changed my room to another on the 4th floor. That night while taking a shower, I noticed mildew on the racks that held the bodywash, shampoo & conditioner bottles & ants were on the desk in the sitting area. The following morning, after I opened the curtains, I noticed 1 of the pillowcases were stained. I didn't escalate it because they were scheduled to clean my room in any event. I still had to ask for drinking cups to be replenished after having to go downstairs and get some. The following morning, I rolled on the opposite side of where I slept on the bed, & a disgusting toe or fingernail scraped my thigh. I called front desk & the agent said his power was limited as to what he can do but he will let the manager know. I left a note on the bed with the nail, stating to change the bedding. I still went downstairs & spoke directly to the front desk agent who took my call & asked for the manager. He said the manager was out until Tuesday (it was Sunday) so I asked for the supervisor & reported my issues to her. She assured me she would have someone take care of the issues. The alarm clock went off unexpectedly at 6am the 1st morning, which was annoying. I called the front desk agent to inquire about the breakfast menu & she was unable to tell me specifically.
