The weather in the Memphis area was wintery and i needed a place to stay that was close to my job. They had reasonable accommodations for reasonable prices so i stayed a night. It suited my purposes nicely.

When I checked in in the evening staff was friendly and understandable. Went in office during day time and the person behind the counter I couldn’t even understand what he was saying you can’t have someone behind counter taking care of customers that don’t speak plain Clear English

Sticky substance on table and floors, hair in bathtub, hair on the sheets, pillows and blankets on the bed. No remote for livingroom tv. Trash under the cushions of the sofa. For $168 for a 2 bedroom suite, i was NOT impressed. The stove and refrigerator were both dirty, sugar for the coffee was old and coffee was horrible. I will not stay there again.

Could not understand gentleman at front desk. Bathroom shower had not been cleaned still had long black hair on wall of shower. We both have short gray hair. Bed not comfortable. Last time we stayed was great.

The property was noce. The room had very hard beds. The tv was tiny. The plug in the bathroom didn't work. Did have a decent breakfast. Staff was great. Well kept.

Room was dirty. Bedding was NOT changed since (at least) last occupant (as evidenced by body hairs present between the sheets).
Lots of grime and dust throughout. Tub drain was slow.
Property is in need of maintenance. It's pretty run down.

The property did NOT match the pictures!!!! The room was old and had not been updated since 1970.
