屬於民宿式酒店，微信跟老闆聯繫，老闆熱情，入住方便。位置便利，臨近市中心，樓下夜市熱鬧，房間乾淨衞生，非常不錯

#房間設施房屋裡麪東西很贊、沒有壞的、都新新的感覺。#衞生衞生很好一進門就聞到香香的！廁所也沒有異味！非常棒#服務前台服務也好，有任何問題都會很快解決！#位置交通交通也很方便距離人民廣場凱德廣場非常近樓下就是時尚天街，還有很多小吃！#房間景觀樓層較高一眼就能看到城市夜景#床舒服軟軟的#性價比房間很有氛圍性價比高房間有投影儀顯示的也很清晰

總體來説很不錯，晚上很安靜，床很大很舒服，樓下晚上夜市很熱鬧，小吃很多，旁邊公園，其單車去越王樓也不遠，非常方便。

房間是大房子隔斷做成的小房間，所以空間略小，有點窄，窗子也比較小，但床很大，有投影，看電影舒服，全自助網上辦理住宿，微信和客服交流很方便，而且比較晚了發消息也有回覆，這點好評，總體來説這個價格算是比較值得的，一個人住很舒服，兩個人可能就略擠了，可以定其他房！

價格還是算實惠，假期裏也沒漲太多但是房間很小；隔音差，能聽見其他房間客人的聲音；房間和空調有味道，空調基本不敢開；投影儀放一會兒就會提示温度過高，問前台告訴我要自己動手洗一個濾網啥的，一看蓋着厚厚一層灰就沒用了，密碼鎖一直滴滴響，問前台説是沒電，安全自行考慮，本來説延遲一下退房到下午兩點，還要我寫好評才行。
