The bed was so comfortable…
Had a problem with the shower water not getting hot at all had to take a cold shower room wasn’t really clean

Staff was amazing wish the bathroom door shut properly. Pullout couch bed super uncomfortable springs kept poking my daughter.

Let me start with all the staff were excellent. Unfortunately I had several occasions to confer with them. They put us in a room that shouldn’t have been used. Missing chairs, table, and very small. Fortunately the second day of four we moved to a much better room. Very little road noise from I-75. It had a desk chair with an arm that had the plastic peeling off. Twice we ran out of hot water in the shower. Very limited choices of tv stations. The problem seemed to be with the upper management and investing in the business. Again the staff couldn’t have been any nicer. They tried to solve any problems they could.

I stayed at this hotel for two weeks awaiting the closing if my house and I was amaze at the great service from the staff, the room was very clean, the kitchen associate was always making sure i found anything i need it. I was very happy with my stay there.

Everything was okay the only issue is that they cannot provide housekeeping on time that maybe you needed we have to advise with one or two days in advance.
