1.服務態度奇差，13日早上在平台看見14日有4間大床房，因為需要5間，打電話諮詢晚點會不會有多的，接電話的人特別不耐煩，説你在攜程**上有就有，查不了！後定了4間大床和1間親子，13下午因在景點被堵，想要更改行程，在平台申請退款被拒，又打電話給酒店，也不説明預訂時有不可取消規則，僅回覆：不要給我們打電話！你給攜程客服打！話沒那麼死的…..後打攜程客服，3小時後才回復説酒店回覆不可以退，已經產生費用了，退的話要收80%費用….但是**就立即回覆，而且説明很詳細。
2.性價比特別低。入住時居然説登記系統壞了，所有入住的人、身份證都是前台用手機拍的照。房間大的淋浴頭是壞的，小的淋浴頭水特別小，早上起來洗澡必須開到最熱温度才夠。且床品沒有一客一換，被子一拉開就有頭髮，而且隔音很差，和1200多的大床和1600多的親子房的收費標準差距太大。親子房就是粗暴的把大床挪開、加了一個小鋼架床，床頭正對着插座，毫無安全性可言。想開空調，按半天遙控沒反應，打開電池發現衹有一根電池….極不推薦入住。

酒店位置很好，出行很方便，離中科院植物園很近。酒店的斜對面就有早餐。酒店的附近也有很多飯館。非常的方便。前台甜甜服務很好。酒店環境非常不錯。住的很好。下次還來！

房間整潔寬敞，訂的三床房，離植物園西門步行不到十分鐘，參加晚上八點的植物園夜場很方便！周邊飯店各種檔次均有。客服人員熱情，退房時還送了水果和掛件小禮物！很贊！！！

差評，差評！它就是個家庭旅店，也是這次雲南之行最失敗的酒店，感覺還不如快捷連鎖酒店，一進房間就有種退房的沖動，可能也是怕退房，一開始預訂的時候就特別標註不能取消，整個房間設施成舊，連枕套上也有血跡，所有床上用品都是自己清洗，環境極差，衞生間全是水漬和污漬，入住體驗感極差，雖然最後也送了店家送了橘子和礦泉水，但是酒店硬件的問題實在讓我無法平息不滿，真的好好整改一下環境衞生，要不真對不起攜程4.8的好評！
