Service good . Room are so spacious my grandchildren are so happy.we keep on coming to this Hotel when we spent our Holiday.

Great stay
Pros:
- clean rooms
-got night street market just below with affordable food
-service fast include checking in
-room ammenities are complete
Cons:
- some of the towels are worn out
-quite outdated design rooms
- mattress is abit hard
-soundproof room are weak, can hear loud noise from outside
-TV has not so many channel, even didnt have vision four

I saw people in tiktok showing this hotel it looked nice so I booked it once arriving there I soon realise that was a big mistake.the room is so dirty and dusty and still they can give people to stay.the toilet bowl seat is not placed properly they knew it but they still give people to stay.I discovered ants on the bed so many of them.the room had sofa it was dirty.the check in time was 3 pm the line was so long just to get the hotel card.the toilet bowl is old and dirty I called housekeeping to clean the person bought a dirty and smelly brush to clean the toilet the smell of it lingered for a very long time.how can a hotel charge so much for one room but with no effort of changing old items.the carpet wasn’t vacuumed.the hotel collected heritage fee Rm 4 that was a waste.the corridor was so smelly.overall i advise travellers to not come here it really is a waste of money.don’t be fooled by the TikTok videos you see because these people have really Low standards of a “nice” hotel.you never really know the truth until you see the place.

The room was pretty decent in size, basic amenities was there, no mini fridge however, cleanliness should be further improved as i found food spill leftovers of maybe from the previous guests in the balcony floor, please expect for a deposit of myr100 cash upon checking for online booked rooms. Other than that it was quite acceptable.

Perlu improve servis dari staff semasa check in. Check in mengambil masa yang sangat2 lama. Coverage internet yang sgt low and please improve. Overall best tapi tak repeat because of coverage internet very low. Wifi disediakan tapi sentiasa terputus senang crite wifi tak function

The room is huge. They provide one extra bed and bed couch. The water pressure is good. The price is reasonable and affordable. This place is still new but there are few restaurants around the area. Damascus gate served the Lebanese cuisine was on the ground level. There is a pool and gym and the decoration at the lobby is is awesome and very classy with back to 60’s contemporary style.
