房間衞生都不錯，設施齊全乾凈整潔，在給替換東西時都很好，唯一不太理想的是，酒店明明有放訂餐單頁，也寫免費配送，但打電話給前台時告知送不了，要下樓就餐，到了樓下了前台指引去了食堂，但過了早餐的點確實沒有早餐可以理解，但再要求點，菜單上食物時，食堂阿姨不給做。給出的回答是沒有空。

住在黨校賓館很安全。訂了兩張雙人床，早班服務員未經溝通私自將訂單改為一張雙人床一張單人床，入住後房間在酒店走廊最邊，外面的蟲子聲音非常大。反應前台後免費升級為靠中間的套房。總體來説還不錯，就是感覺像招待所。早餐很便宜也很簡單。每個人七八塊就可以吃飽。

自駕路過眉縣，入住該地。設施比較舊，而且從入住使用的情況看，日常維護也不夠。可能是屬於黨校，平常用的比較“狠”。入住801，電話是壞的，衞生間門口的檔水，完全脱落，地毯上臟跡斑斑沐浴房也顯侷促。在黨校院內停車還是比較方便的。
