Hotel far from everything dusty room and beak of lizards everywhere dirty swimming pool never clean repetitive breakfast 7 days with the same menu and very expensive meals avoid eating in this hotel go to grand bay it is good and cheaper

Despite encountering several issues during our stay, the assistant manager's (Idiana) exceptional responsiveness turned our experience around. From a leaking air conditioner to non-functional amenities like the telephone and Wi-Fi, coupled with missing essentials like a bottle opener, it seemed our stay was destined for disappointment. However, Idiana's proactive approach in addressing our concerns was commendable. She not only worked tirelessly to resolve the issues promptly but also went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Her dedication and attentiveness salvaged what could have been a disappointing stay, turning it into a testament to the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. The food at all the restaurant was great and we were pleasantly surprised with kot nou. We will look forward to going back to this hotel for our next vacation. Also shout-out to Venita who gave us a room in a great spot.

What a fantastic holiday. Few issues (damp smell in bathroom) but staff did there best to resolve the problems. Lots of wildlife and dogs around the grounds but all friendly. Service sometimes Slow in certain restaurants. Jeeve- aqua aerobics/ entertainment. Lovely, friendly person always involving you when possible. A shake of the hand and hello when seeing you can go along way. Overall lovely holiday and recommend the hotel/ island. Avoid North Sea boat trips if coming in their winter- rough seas

Went for a day package at the resort. Was warmly welcome by the Assit.guest relation manager Mrs Idiana. After our formalities, we had a quick tour over the hotel to have an idea about the facilities available. Great food and drinks. Had a very nice day with friends. Bensley also was friendly to us. Big hotel, rather impersonal, many staff not particularly friendly , apart from at the beach bar and cleaners (Dinash (with the 'tash) was a superb beach waiter!) We were out of season but there were still crowded areas eg buffet restaurant. A booking system for each restaurant means you have to plan ahead - so no spontaneity there, such a shame. Also the QR code system to access food and drink menus was very unwelcome - not everyone wants to take their phone out all the time - it's a holiday ! We stayed in one of the ground floor adult only rooms, a great location, quieter, beach to ourselves most days.Access to Sushi restaurant for lunch was perfect - as was the sushi itself. Beach restaurant food was good and in The Bistrot - recommend the venison at The Bistrot.

My wife and I had a fabulous stay at the Ravenala Attitude. The hotel was satisfactory in terms of neatness and cleanliness, but the food, drinks and staff were just amazing. There's plenty of activities, the pool was clean, well maintained and the gardens were beautiful. A special thanks goes out to the following staff that made our holiday even more memorable: Yashna, Mika, Ganesh and Roan.

The views and the staff are great!!! The food is pretty good in all restaurants but we had several favourites Madam Mings The Bistro Riviera O All the staff are friendly and helpful Some of the elements of the room are tired and could do with some work, Shower fittings and drain not great but very clean
