Big hotel, rather impersonal, many staff not particularly friendly , apart from at the beach bar and cleaners (Dinash (with the 'tash) was a superb beach waiter!) We were out of season but there were still crowded areas eg buffet restaurant. A booking system for each restaurant means you have to plan ahead - so no spontaneity there, such a shame. Also the QR code system to access food and drink menus was very unwelcome - not everyone wants to take their phone out all the time - it's a holiday ! We stayed in one of the ground floor adult only rooms, a great location, quieter, beach to ourselves most days.Access to Sushi restaurant for lunch was perfect - as was the sushi itself. Beach restaurant food was good and in The Bistrot - recommend the venison at The Bistrot.
