Rental basis: Entire house or apartment Number of bedrooms: 3; Number of other rooms with beds: 0 The villa has 3 bedrooms: A master suite of around 40m2 with its bathroom, dressing room and outdoor shower, then two additional bedrooms with either 2 twin beds or 1 double bed of around 15m2, each with their own shower room . A large 40m2 living room opening onto a covered veranda and the swimming pool, and a 13m2 open kitchen to the dining room complete the front part of the villa, which also benefits from a laundry room and additional toilets. Finally, the exteriors are particularly pleasant and adapted to this tropical climate, with a covered kiosk allowing meals to be taken in the shade by the pool. An outdoor car park located just in front of the house can park up to two cars. Equipment Free Wi-Fi is offered throughout the house and garden. The villa is equipped with air conditioners in the bedrooms and fans in the living room, a gas barbecue, a flat screen TV and a DVD player. The villa also has a well-equipped kitchen with an American fridge, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine. The laundry room offers a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron (use on request). For everyone's peace of mind, parties are not allowed.
