A wonderful Romantic Stay in the Riad N'S, The Riad is very well located 20 minutes from the airport, Sarah had organized our transfer the driver was there upon our arrival, the Riad is 5 minutes from the souks, we were able to visit the city on foot without any problem, the Riad staff have always been very good at providing advice, the staff is very pleasant, available, attentive. The Riad is really very beautiful, it has just been renovated, Sarah and Nicolas decorated the Riad with great taste, a total disconnection for 3 days, we were lucky enough to be upgraded and discover two rooms, both were magnificent, all the details are there (mini bar, bathrobe, soap, shampoo) the bedding is really of very good quality. The breakfast is very complete, the Moroccan pancakes are divinely very good (not easy to compete with the pancakes from our Brittany region). On Friday evening we had dinner at the Riad once again the quality was there I asked Sarah to organize an outing for us in the desert, buggy, camel, dinner in the Agafay desert it was simply exceptional, we could only enjoy two of these activities without the crowds of other tourists. I recommend the Riad, with my eyes closed.

The Riad is wonderful in every way: refined and sophisticated decoration, attentive staff, always with the same smile every day. For every request, a solution is highly appreciated. I definitely recommend and will definitely come back.

the Riad N&S in Marrakesh, where we stayed for four days, is a splendid residence in the heart of the Medina. We were pampered by the owners Nicolas and Sarah, who welcomed us with joy and refinement. The staff members are very kind, competent and sensitive to every need of the guests: Abdul, a young Berber from the Atlas Mountains, was a perfect host and lovingly accompanied us throughout our holiday. Thanks go to Zenab and Monuir, who made us live in a very clean environment and were attentive to our every need. The eight rooms, which make up the Riad, are all very beautiful and comfortable, the terrace where they are located is splendid comfortable sun loungers and the central hall with swimming pool is enchanting, where according to tradition, one could breathe the fresh air on hot summer days. Please be careful when choosing this hotel, most reviews with 10 points are fake, sort by the lowest number of points and read, it’s all true, money is wasted here! Upon arrival at the hotel several hours later, our room was not yet ready and we had to wait, teenagers were extorting money on the street and even the owner, when he opened the door, did not resist in any way and waited until we paid. Having received a room, we decided that it was safer to leave the money at the hotel rather than walk around the Medina with it, but how wrong we were. They did not take payment from us upon check-in, although we prepared the money and exchanged it in local currency and left it in our luggage. The room is locked with a lock issued by the hotel, entrance to the hotel is only through a single door by bell, there are only a few rooms and there are no strangers here, when we came on the second day from the street, we were asked to pay for our stay, I went to my room for money and discovered that from each currency that I had with me, several banknotes, several hundred euros, dollars and even Russian rubles were missing, as well as some documents where the money was left on the table, that is, they forgot to put it back in my bags. In other words, after the room was cleaned or even before that, all my things, every dirty panties had already been examined and all the money was counted and some was stolen, which is why payment was taken on the second day, the administrator behaved very strangely and initially asked in euros because he already knew that I don’t have the required amount in local derhams with me and was very tense when I went to the room for money, please be vigilant and don’t make my mistakes, if I had initially read such reviews, I would never have gone to this hotel, yet Look for more information about this on my social networks and on YouTube by name, please let’s make sure that no one else gets into such situations. The boorish behavior of the hotel owner in this situation is absolutely unacceptable, comments about 12 years of impeccable work and the absence of theft are not true, similar situations are described in other reviews

Un rêve... acceuil chaleureux, décoration traditionnelle, chambres calmes, fraîches et meublées avec goût, literie neuve, personnel aux petits soins, restauration excellente et copieuse, emplacement idélal à 5 minutes de la place Jamaa Al Fna...parfait!
