Grand Yazici Club Turban Termal

What a wonderful resort! I was apprehensive at going the 2nd week of Easter in April, but to my happy surprise everything was as it would be during the summer months. The staff were all wonderfully friendly, the facilities were so fabulous and even better than expected, the food was outstanding with options in various places as well as à la cart restaurants to choose from. The beach with the jetty and lounges was my favourite place to be, being able to see the fish through the crystal clear water and swimming up to the pontoon each day. We tried the water sports which were very reasonably priced and great fun. The rooms were clean and very nice. The kids slides were brilliant and they had a whale of a time. The choice of food was outstanding. The entertainment was 2nd to none with staff offering entertainment such as water polo, but also there was a mini disco pretty much every night and some nights there was even other entertainment , in different venues across the hotel. The kids arcade in the basement was great fun and my kids loved it. The ice cream was available all day long and the Lemon Café was delightful with all sorts of cakes and pastries. The inside pool was a great alternative option, which also had a sauna. We visited the à la carte Chinese restaurant included in our package which was amazing, not to mention the views! There are lots of cats at the hotel, which was lovely to see. Some of them live there and are very friendly. Overall I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough as it exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend anyone to go here. If you get bored with everything I’ve mentioned there is even a boat trip you can take from the hotel for around €15 each or you can walk to Marmaris or Ichmeler on a special pathway. The bus to Marmaris is 50p each and is very convenient. We did bus there and then taxi boat back. The hotel is roughly 1.5hrs by private transfer from Dalaman airport.

We stayed here for 12 nights from entering the hotel it had a wow factor straight away from the initial service helping us with luggage to our room and the cleanliness throughout. This hotel had everything, genuinely we was not disappointed one bit ( maybe the mattress was a bit too firm if anything ) our experience wouldn't have been exceeded without these certain staff members. Huran and his cousin Metin ( look like twins ) they already knew our order and what we needed I.e highchair for baby before we even fully sat down they always made a fuss of our baby too, such nice people. Then the entertainment we could not speak highly enough of Murat, he was fantastic throughout and again made special effort with our kids and assisted any questions we had. He's perfect for the job he does. Egemen also was a good entertainer always smiled always engaged in conversation helped us and gave advise where to go. Cleaners were also brilliant whoever cleaned floor 4 in the main building were lovely always happy , polite and helpful only got one ladies name Tulay the others was younger lady and a older lady. Overall our stay was amazing ! We will definitly be back, the hotel literally had everything food was fresh full of variety and super tasty also we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Rooms are never cleaned properly. Room floor is always filthy! Had someones eyelashes left in bathroom since we arrived. Tea and water in the room is never replenished. Have been and asked 6 times to at-least leave water in the room for our child. We have reported this to the hotel guest relations and still doesn’t get done unless we ask 2 or 3 times. Poor standards.

First time I've put a review on TripAdvisor and thought this was worthy of saying. First time as a family of four with two teenagers in marmaris and it didn't disappoint. Very good impressions of the hotel and we stayed in the main building. Rooms where clean and a good size. The only downside is even though it was around 22 degrees at night the air con was quite poor considering, I imagine in the summer it could be a struggle. But that is really the only bad point, everything else from the facilities, the staff, the food was fantastic and would love to visit again. The jetty and private beach was great and we kept ourselves busy with days out, particularly good fun was the buggies and quad bikes and horse riding. Turtle beach boat trip was also lovely. Staff were very nice and accomdating, even the security and the cleaners where top class. We went at the end of October hoping into November so end of season and it was just busy enough for us with plenty to do. Definitely recommend at this time of year if your happy with mid twenties weather which we was!

The best hotel ive ever stayed the food the staff it’s all 10/10 for me I love how helpful and polite everyone is I can’t think of a single fault I had the best time played darts,water polo,volleyball,boules and bingo the entertainment team made it fun and brought people together the whole hotel has a good atmosphere a nice vibe to the place and it’s the staff that make that ❤️ I can’t wait to come back and I’d recommend it to anyone hope next year is exactly the same

This was our second visit to the hotel and it has improved even more since our last visit! We had booked a family room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Rooms are dated but spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need. We were located up quite a steep hill but for us was fine… we worked off the delicious all inclusive food walking up 😂 The hotel grounds are so beautiful and well kept! The cleaning team do a great job! We went in half term and the hotel was busy but we always got a sunbed. The pool guys are brilliant! The bar staff and girls on skates work so hard and always make sure your drinks are topped up and do so with a smile. The entertainment staff.. 2 guys doing the water polo and volleyball are excellent, kept my boys entertained throughout the day. We ate at the a la cartes during the day.. the Italian was our personal favourite and the view is beautiful there. We ate in the buffet at evening time and always found a great variety of delicious food.. even in our 2 week stay we didn’t get bored with the food. The waiter in the main restaurant who attended us everyday was outstanding! I should’ve gotten his name.. he works the tables to the left hand side as you walk in from outside. This man never stops.. he works tirelessly to ensure his area is always clean! He was so attentive in bringing us drinks as soon as our glasses were empty and always so friendly and helpful. All staff here are an absolute credit to the hotel and definitely made our stay extra special! Thank you all for an amazing time ❤️

This hotel never fails to be the best hotel in Marmaris ..there is something for everyone from. Waterslides to shows plus kids entertainment the food is amazing and caters for special diets there are 4 al a carte meals chinese , Turkish which is amazing Italian and steak house The rooms are adequate I would just say to fetch extra coat hangers the staff are so lovely from cleaners to waiters to supervisors and the entertainment staff especially Murat who is great and so funny he is a real asset to the hotel Our waiter mustapha went above and beyond with us he is so helpful reception staff are brilliant and friendly as are guest relations we stayed at the pool area a few times time and Saim was so helpful and laid out our towels for us everyday finally coffee corner the staff are lovely and the coffee is delicious we came once again to this beautiful hotel in May and was sorry to be going home we will definitely be back

Club Turban is an amazing hotel, the coffee shop has 20 different types of coffee, beautiful beach has two piers. A lot of seats in the shade, it never was an issue to get a sunbed. I was impressed by thermals water pools, kids were very happy on the water slides.

We have just returned home from this beautiful hotel, I have the hoilday blues and can not wait to book again for next year. The new tea bar is a big hit with me and the coffee corner for my family. The new seating area is a brilliant idea also. Tea/Coffee Corner staff are brilliant and so friendly. Gizem is so lovely, I will miss her cups of tea. They are perfect. The entertainment team is brilliant. We played most of the games throughout the days, darts, water polo, and valley ball, there is three people in the team that do the games.. they are brilliant and really make our holiday. Murat is amazing with the guests at the hotel, He has the whole of the pool bar laughing either in darts or bingo. He is a credit to the hotel and mustafa in the restaurant. He works so hard, he is also a credit to the hotel, all the staff are amazing but just too many to name them all. They all love their jobs and make peoples hoilday perfect. The hotel is so beautiful. Food and drink all day/night and now with a new vegan, gluten-free, it is perfect The only thing I can say about this hotel is.. I can not wait to go back ❤️ Thank you very much.
