The rooms were very clean they had a very good breakfast considering it's a hotel. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

My room had some upgrades but they weren’t done very well. One of the night stands was damaged, the floors were on a slant, the tile at the front was done poorly and some were loose, the bathroom walls were not cleaned, the wash cloths weren’t cleaned well and the tub needs to be refinished. I did enjoy the bed and the ridge provided. The surrounding area, as in restaurants and stores, is amazing.

Check-in was ok, elevator only went 1 direction due to the floor we were on, tried to put us in a different type room than we reserved due to this fact (would have been fine if traveling with different people). Room smelled of mothballs, entryway floor in the room you could feel where the grout and tile were coming apart. Asked for a blanket so we could use the sofa bed in our room, was told there were no extra blankets, only the comforter that came with the bed in the room. Before finding out about the blanket, made up the sofa bed but the sheets provided for it in the closet were stained and ripped. The ice machine on the 2nd floor did not work when I tried it.
Breakfast was good, my daughter loved the pancake machine and how to get her cereal.

Well, trained staff, friendly, personable, service, attentive staff.
Only suggestion is to consider updating bathrooms.
The front desk clerk when we checked in Thursday, February, was particularly friendly and helpful.

Got the suite with the separate area with the bed. It was nice! Good layout, open space, and a good washroom. Wish the shower was cleaner though and the furniture was stained/discolored in various areas

The room had a leaky ceiling, had a 3 night stay never had house keeping, not even for trash and towels. I think the “excellent” rating must’ve been mostly for being pet friendly, which I didn’t realize. The overall cleanliness was good, and I was appreciative for the breakfast. And the gentleman who checked me in was very friendly.

Easy to check in and out, pet friendly, and the bed and pillow are amazingly comfortable. Got a great night sleep on our way from Michigan to Florida. We’ve taken us staying here every time we come south now.

Old rooms were not updated, elevator out of service. Room had an unpleasant odor. Will never book this hotel again.

In order to turn the television on, you had to have the light on (very bright) in the entrance. Other guests were slamming their doors at 1:00 in the morning so this was not good. Other than this, the hotel was very nice.
