We would recommend the hotel. The staff was helpful, the room is big enough. The breakfast was delicious and the bed is comfortable. It was a little far from the center, we have to use to car to reach it (or 20-30 minutes by walk).

We have spent a couple of days in the hotel. The staff is very nice, the rooms are clean, the food is delicious and very tasty. There is a fitness center, three types of sauna, a tennis hall, a table tennis, a climbing wall, and other games, etc. Good coffee and cocktails in the bar. The area are amazing, you can go for a walk, cycling, drink beer. Try the local beer in the hotel bar!

Die Zimmer sind top, das Angebot reicht von Boulderhalle bis hin zu Tennisplätzen. Das Personal war stets sehr freundlich. Das Essen war hervorragend. In der Umgebung hat man die Möglichkeit für div. Ausflüge (Bürgeralpe, Gemeindealpe, Weisser Zoo, Lebkuchenmanufaktur,...). Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und unsere Kinder ebenso.

Am Anfang wurden wir gleich recht unfreundlich empfangen, auch im Speisesaal war das Personal nicht sehr höflich. Unser Zimmer war schön ( bitte einen Mistkübel ins Bad!!!) und die Gebäude Ausstattung sehr gut! Am 2. Tag war dann eine junge Frau an der Rezeption, die sehr nett war!!!

Sehr saubere Zimmer ausreichender Wellnessbereich Ruhig Essen frisch und abwechslungsreich Auch das vieles am nächsten Tag wieder in irgendeiner Form nochmal serviert und nicht alles weggeschmissen wird hat uns gefallen .Auch das eine oder andere für Vegetarier dabei . (könnte aber ein bisschen mehr sein).

Schöne bequeme saubere Zimmer. Freundliches Personal. Gutes Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet. Ideal für Kinder bis 10 Jahre. Tolle Spor**öglichkeiten. Schifahren ist für Kinder und Erwachsene in unmittelbarer Nähe möglich. Sicher auch im Sommer ein guter Stützpunkt.

Wir waren das zweite Mal mit den Kindern für eine Kurzurlaub hier. Wir finden die Lage sehr gut, da man viel unternehmen kann. Die A**osphäre im Hotel ist typisch Jufa - gemütlich, einfach, chillig - perfekt für Familien mit Kindern. Es ist sauber, die Appar**ents sind geräumig, das Frühstück bietet für jeden etwas. Die Kinder können zwischendurch indoor oder outdoor herumtoben. Wir waren wieder sehr zufrieden und wir können es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Einige Gäste verstehen nicht, dass man abends die Türen nicht ständig mit Wucht zuknallen sollte, da die Zimmer doch etwas hellhörig sind. Aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts.

Hotel war toll, gerade den Kindern hat das tolle Angebot sehr gefallen, so bekommt man auch als Erwachsene mal ein paar Minuten Auszeit. Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Lage des Hotels auch Top. Zimmer und Hotel sauber. Jedoch zu dieser Jahreszeit ein paar ungebetene Gäste, wir konnten auf dem Weg vom Zimmer zum Restaurant 14 Gelsen zählen die es sich auf den Wänden gemütlich gemacht haben. Frühstücksbuffet war sehr vielfältig, und hochwertig. Abendbuffet würde ich eher als klassisch für HP bezeichnen. Es wurden zwar verschiedene Speisen und Salate angeboten, aber hier war meines persönlichen Empfinden nach viel Industrie mit ihm Spiel. Gerade das Nachspeisenbuffet war mit gekauften Kuchen und mit Pulver angeführten Creme nicht das wahre. Wenn schon gekauft, dann bitte in anständiger Qualität. Alles in allem würde ich das Haus gerade Familien mit Kindern sehr weiter empfehlen. Uns hat der Urlaub bis auf die angesprochenen Deserts beim Abendessen sehr gefallen, und wir würden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen
