Staff are amazing! Breakfast was above par. It needs updating and some new pillows, but for the most part this was a great place to stay!

My room smelled like Mildew. They had evidently cleaned the carpet in there and it smelled like they didn’t suck all the water out. Musty. I was too busy and tired to change rooms…

If you like hair that’s not your on your sheets this is the place for u. It was not worth $181 a night. Other places around were way less and are way better quality.

There is a mold problem here and you can smell it the minute you walk in the room. We were fortunate enough to have a room with a dehumidifier but our other rooms smelled awful. As local Floridians we know this is an issue everywhere, but it is out of control here. Desk staff was meh-we told one staff member about possible blood at the pool and she made us point out where in the video and then told us other people that just left pool did not complain. No one came to even look at the issue.
The breakfast is plentiful with eggs, breakfast meat, yogurt, waffles.

Had a issue at a different Hotel, they got me a room for my family and went above and beyond, the staff were great and friendly couldn’t ask for anything better.
