All under one roof.. A great place to spend vacation irrespective of past visits. A special mention to all the staffs over there as they were very courteous, pleasant and always ready to help. A must visit place. Will give 5 star rating for amenities, food, maintenance, staff behavior and value for money. Good job Team Xandari.. See you soon again..

Incredible stay! Returning to this property was just as delightful as our first visit. Our kids had a blast with all the activities . Villas were beautiful with comfy beds. Sunset at the beach was mind blowing. Great food and best services. What sets this place apart is the exceptional staff. Every staff member went above and beyond to cater to our needs. Special thanks to ***jusha for her outstanding service.Devi for her warm smile and extended services at the restaurant and the entire restaurant team were outstanding, Thank you all for making our stay memorable.

Absolutely wonderful property. This is our second visit to here and we enjoyed every bit as before. All the activities like paddle boating, kayaking, kite flying, cycling etc was really enjoyed by our kids. The maintenance of the property and it's greenery is commendable. The most attractive part is the Team of Xandari Pearl. Each and every staff whom we met were ready to accomplish all our needs. Special mention to ***jusha as she is the best as before and this time she gave us a garden and farm tour as well and was always asking about our comfort. Devi and Shimlaj , Vishnu, Mable, Vishnu everyone at the restaurant were really amazing. Food was amazing by the chef. Thankyou so much everyone and will definitely come back again. Highly recommending this property for a perfect vacation.

Here service was very well,tea maker Rini and Service maker shimlaj,Devi,Amal,are so Kindly and treated us very well, specially ***jusha guest relations was very lovely and helpful coming and enquiring about our comfort every day in a pleasant ***ner. Chef siju sir was very helpful in preparing dishes of our choice. We all enjoyed a lot. Totally The best team and keep it up my warm regards to all.

Myself with family visited this resort on 31st March for one day stay. But now I deeply regret that we could have stayed couple more days. Great location, beautifully surrounding atmosphere, public pool and private pool in the premise,very close access to Marari beach. Garden with lots of plants, trees annd cattle farm are well maintained.Hardwork of all the staffs to Keep the place neat seen everywhere. We had a great welcome on arrival by Mr Thomas and team. I was completely impressed with staff's proffessionalism and customer service. Everything about the resort was exceptional. Room was very spacious, stylish with private pool in the back yard. My kids were very much happy with the pool and enjoyed each and every moment. Food was amazing. Had complimentary tea / coffee with snacks in the evening. Wide varirty foods were provided for dinner and breakfast. Snacks and fruit juices stocked in the room and resupply it everyday. I was very pleased with my stay. Really good stay, comfy rooms, and good food. The exciting fact is that the food is being prepared with the vegetables grown there itself. Good hospitality and very polite staffs. Will prefer visiting again for a relaxing Staycation. The staff also provides specific attention to the needs of guests.

I visited this resort with my wife, parents, and 1-year-old daughter for 3 nights. It's a private access beach resort where the true essence of hospitality was evident throughout our stay. It was quite peaceful, and every minute spent here was worth it. Upon arrival, we were greeted with juice and crafts made from coconut tree leaves, and the check-in process was quick. ***jusha at the front desk helped us and showed us to our room and its features. The rooms are well-maintained, and special thanks to the housekeeping staff. The food was outstanding, and I'd like to thank Prasad, Shimlal, Devika, and Mable for their amazing service. The pools were well maintained. We celebrated our daughter's first birthday there, and the service was outstanding. The decor team did a great job, and the first birthday cake was stunning, perfect for a baby girl’s celebration. Special thanks to the decor team. The staff's professionalism and training were noticeable, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Suresh, Thomas, and ***y others, whom I am sorry I missed naming, took utmost care of us. A special shout out and big thank you to Sumit, the GM, for accommodating our request and the rest of the team for giving us a day to always remember.

This was a last minute booking. The a/c didn’t work so had to change rooms but fortunately before we unpacked! This was very speedily dealt with and staff all very fast to respond to any requests. In fact although basically the same the second room had a nicer feel. All the little touches are here. Nice snacks , delicious fruit drinks in the fridge, lovely cotton bathrobes. The details that count. Our own bungalow with outside private space some have little pools. The bathroom is inside/ outside and very nice apart from the mozzies! Huge bed which was most comfortable. It has a beach house feel with beautiful gardens faithfully tended. Very private too. The first night the noise from the surrounding forest was a bit off putting but actually grew to enjoy it. Especially the dawn chorus! There is a very nice restaurant and bar with really friendly staff. The menu is varied and food delicious . One evening we had a traditional dancer which was quite moving. The beach isn’t far to walk but the sun is searing and certainly not one to sunbathe on. The sea was a bit rough too. The staff arrange ***y activities and I actually wish now I had joined the 5am forest walk! It was a holiday weekend so all the houseboats were booked up otherwise we would have enjoyed that. All in all a very relaxed few days in beautiful surroundings. We would highly recommend!

The resort is a haven of peace and tranquillity with extensive grounds and direct access to the a long sandy beach. I would however add that I wouldn’t encourage children to swim in the sea as it has fairly strong currents and should only be accessed by competent swimmers. The restaurant and food was vey good with the breakfast offering a wide range of options.Lunch and dinner meals are cooked to order with generous portions. Our room and private outside area was spacious and comfortable and a welcome retreat from the heat of the day. I cannot speak highly enough about the staff ranging from reception to those maintaining the extensive garden areas and found them to be helpful , informative and the most welcoming I have met. The restaurant staff were outstanding and in particular Shimlaj who is front of house and went way and beyond to ensure your comfort and enjoyment. The resort , like most of those in the region, only provides wine and beer options so if you like a g&t or similar remember to take plenty duty free supplies with you. Sprits generally throughout India are very very expensive to purchase in hotels etc so be prepared to have your own tipple with you or be willing to pay the high cost when available. There are few shack type restaurants near by ***** the beach ,serving drinks and food with a selection of fresh locally caught fish and are atmospheric in the evenings. The restaurants generally do not have a drinks licence but do allow you to bring your own when eating there. In conclusion the resort is very relaxing with good facilities and was made that bit more special by the lovely staff.
