Place is near to the airport , we had early morning flight to catch hence it was easy in that sense.
However place is not clean, it was stinky . There’s no sound proofing , we could hear the noise inside and outside constantly till late night.

Due to arriving late at night, the customer service did not inform the key box password in advance. I asked the store on the phone, and I needed to confirm repeatedly, which caused me to wait for an hour to tell the password of the key box, and then get the key to check in. Others are OK, after all, only stayed for two nights.

The office manager / driver was wonderful. We were there for two nights before catching our flight out, and she made recommendations on where we could shop, eat, and where we should go for a treat. The area was a mixture of residential and industrial, so her advise was welcomed. This is not a 5-star resort, but for what I paid for I got much more than expected. We had a large room, with a kitchenette, queen bed, and sleeper sofa. Plenty of room for us to relax and decompress before heading back. Will definitely use them again if I need a stay in Auckland.

Stayed one night before flying out of Auckland. Great service with the airport shuttle - driver very personable. Check in experience and stay was very good. Nice clean room with the basics.
