We have visited coral restaurant for dinner, for a friends get together party captain Jagdish, pavan Ravichandra were fantastic at service and mr javadish were recommending food and we have special mocktails like greenapple mojito and sultan safari

Nice , clean and decent hotel. Efficient staff and a good breakfast spread. The hotel is located in the heart of the city and is five minutes from the Central Railway station. The flip side is the room is a bit small. However it is compact and functional.

The hotel is good and centrally located. The only unpleasant experience was we paid for 3 adults for a room with breakfast but they delivered only 2 bottles of drinking water in the room and charged for the third bottle. Worst part was on day of checkout which is 12 noon we were charged for drinking water in the room. No other good star hotels charge for such small things. Request the ***agement to review this policy as it gives a very negative view of the hotel.

My reservation was handled properly and room was ready on arrival. The property is centrally located. Sufficient car park available. The rooms are very elegant with spacious toilets and amenities. The room numbers are very beautifully visible in the corridor and hence easy to locate. Very charming property and the best in the segment. The staff are NOT AT ALL friendly or courteous. There was not a smile or a greeting from any of the receptionists during my multiple interactions with them. I dined at their Udipi cafe restaurant three times and all the three times the waiters were not courteous or helpful. Orders were not taken properly nor were queries answered properly. The supervisors in the restaurant were a notch worse in attitude. My soup was not hot and when I requested it to be heated, the supervisor had the gall to ask me if the soup was cold. When I informed that it was NOT HOT, he was reluctant to believe it and was deliberating if it had to be reheated . Overall the staff are uniformly bad and need a lot of training in hospitality and guest relationship. The housekeeping staff, bell boys and security personnel were courteous and warm. It's sad that such a lovely property with good food is tarnished by the rude behaviour of people working for it.

Best stay in indore. Pleasant a**osphere..very friendly staff...specially Mr.Darshan ji and aarati madam. Also Mr shubham, Abhishek all are very friendly staff in the restaurant...food is great...I felt like home...very good hospitality by Mr Darshan ji...I stayed for 21 days and never felt like going out..Thanks to team ...I wish all the best to all ☺️👍🎉

The hotel is at city Centre mall. The hotel is at crowded place. The hotels restaurant Udupi Cafe is famous in the area for its vegetarian food. The staff is courteous. Hotel possesses its own parking. It is good for a business trip and family trip as well. Only drawback is that Hotel is purely vegetarian.

We stayed at Hotel Sai Palace for 3 days. I have to thank Pramith at the front desk for helping us with our booking. It was a wonderful holiday in ***galore. The hotel was centrally located and there was a huge mall called City Centre opposite it. Rooms were quite good & clean with classy decor and ambience. The breakfast buffet is lavish if you're a vegetarian. For non veg there were two options- egg masala omelette and boiled egg. The egg white omelette I had during our stay was delicious. The equally delicious vegetarian fare of Idli, sambhar, medu vada, pongal, poha, upma etc more than makes up for the lack of non-veg items. The staff was polite and resourceful. House of Flavours restaurant at the hotel seems to be very popular with huge crowd during the weekend. We dined at their Udipi Cafe where the dosas, medu vada and filter coffee were top notch. We also ordered some room service. The food standard and quality was quite good. Overall it was a super stay with great hospitality. We would surely visit again.

We stay for 2 night in the hotel we had a wonderful stay in the hotel. the staff was good check in was smooth and the service was good there was a slight delay in the in room service the food was good .
