Nice hotel, friendly staff, good location. Poor communication at breakfast. Coffee machine was awe full, but the cooked breakfast was very good.

The staff were amazing and really made our stay enjoyable! Nothing was too much trouble from check in, cleaning staff (who got us more towels) restaurant staff at breakfast and the chef who made fresh for us the best scrambled eggs I have ever eaten! Biggest shout out to the night team though, the lovely Reece who looked after us on night one and Ilyces who looked after us on night two! Such lovely people, would definitely recommend!

Unbelievable service from Emma, couldn't do enough for our lads. Get everything ready for us with quick check in and food service is second to none. Never wait for a drink or service for food, get the football on for us and could not recommend the hotel more

Was booked to stay elsewhere then found this place at great price so changed to this hotel, 5 mins to Oxford Rd station, Nice big room, city view, quiet as rooms as high up excellent full breakie, will use this hotel again Staff good, room good, location good, price excellent

It is very convenient when the parking is under the hotel, especially when it is raining outside, you don't have to go anywhere else, just use the lift. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is delicious.

Great staff and service during our stay at this hotel. Ramzan and Jemma were so welcoming and helpful at breakfast. The breakfast was always fresh and well cooked by chef Adrian and offered plenty of choice. The room were very clean and tidy.

I planned a trip to Manchester for my sons birthday and this hotel was recommended.we had a family room which was on the 10th floor and it was very spacious. It was good for the price and a good location for where we needed to be. It's within walking distance to some nice places to eat (once you know where your going) we just put it in Google maps. Jemma and Ramzan we're friendly and very helpful. We had breakfast and there was a good choice of food and it was all tasty.

We went as walk ins for a full continental breakfast. The variety was wide & they had vegan options too. Customer service was great, thanks to Ramzan for his great hospitality. I would return again, breakfast was served hot. Only thing, hot chocolate should be added to the options of hot beverages.

Unbelievably welcoming team. Young lady Emma I believe was kind polite and couldn’t do enough to help, went above and beyond to make my stay more relaxing. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Great views and the restaurant/bar area looks incredible.
