We very much enjoy the hotel as it is walking distance to Sapa town including Sun Plaza and Moana Cafe. The hotel room is clean and the staffs are friendly. The only downside is no fridge in the hotel room.

This hotel is definitely my top recommendation for the trip. Besides accommodation, they also offer various tour bookings and a bus service. I booked their one-day trip to visit the terraced villages below Sapa, and the next day I successfully took a bus to Ha Giang. Is there any better hotel in Sapa than this one?

A great central hotel, but off the busy Main Street, so quiet with amazing views. We had a balcony 3rd floor room. Super clean, plentiful hot water and clean smelling sheets. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely amazing! The staff (or maybe the owner?) was incredibly friendly. The interior design is stunning, really made me feel like I was staying in Vietnam, haha. And the view from the rooftop is insane!

Visited in week 1 of Feb 2026. I stayed in the dorm and had a really pleasant stay. The place and room is as described and as pictures in the listing. Therefore there is no need for me to upload photos. Great location with easy access to town, though it’s on a hill so I had to climb some stairs. My dorm room didn’t have a view, but the rooftop offers stunning views. If my budget allowed, I would go for a mountain-view room. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and always helpful. Mega View also helped me arrange a day trekking - upload photos. My guide, Ms. Nini from Lao Chai village, was wonderful — she introduced and explained everything clearly, and was happy to share more whenever I had questions. Overall, a very enjoyable and well-organized stay!
