The worst experience I had in a hotel this time. I bought an economy double room (the room description stated there was a window), but the front desk said there were no rooms with windows, so I was asked to stay in a dark room. There are no supermarkets or small shops nearby. The airport drop-off service is only available at 7 a.m., 9:25 and 11 o'clock in the morning. There is a fee for the airport drop-off service at other times, and the airport drop-off schedule is inconvenient. They specially do it for customers to spend some money to use their cars to go to the airport. I suggest staying in a hotel in the city center for one night, which is much more convenient. A good place near the airport, but the free transfer did not arrive, we waited 15 minutes from the stated time. We left by taxi for 150 baht. The rooms are small but clean and with everything you need to spend the night, a bathroom with a shower and hot water. There are no shops nearby, and cafes in the evening are only from the hotel; you can also buy drinks from them.
