Apt 7 is a clean, well planned, simply yet beautifully decorated and well lit apartment with comfortable beds and both aircon/heating and wifi that works. The kitchen is well equipped for a short stay, the washing machine was handy for a longer stay. I appreciated the little roof terrace even though it didn't get a lot of direct sunlight at this time of year (November) . It is situated in a sole owner apartment building of 7 apartments in quiet side street in a part of town where real life goes on but just over the river from the old town and a few minutes walk the other way to the main shopping areas. The beaches are not far either. As a lone female traveller, I never felt anything less than 100% safe. Communication from hosts was excellent being both clear and quick throughout. For me a pretty perfect apartment in a pretty perfect location!
