The service given by the 2nd floor staff was teribble. When asked for shampoo, soap, sugar or water never send to the room need to asked for many times and it will only send after few days.
However, the service guys on the 1st floor was very good.
Bus service terrible at times we have to seek next door neighbour hotel bus to take us to the Grand mosque.
The force us to shift room but did not give us ample time to pack our things and insist my us to move before one of our roomate back from Grand mosque.
We come to Mecca for prayers not to stay in hotel.
I will definately not recommend the hotel to others.

It was a great experience at Rizk Palace Hotel. Simply, it is an economy hotel with 5 star facilities and services. About 1300 meters from Haram with reasonable rates. Loved it and I will definitely come back.
